Good location, located close to I-55
The shooting at the hotel next to Quality Inn did not make our visit enjoyable.

Nothing really, I was able to lay my head down somewhere.
TV didn’t work. Very sketchy. My room was non smoking and it reeked of smoke. Bathroom was disgusting. Plug by lamp didn’t work.

There are a lot of repairs being done, water was leaking in the lobby , the coach had big stains on it ,I guess it is a work in progress

The smell of the hotel the facility looked bad. The room was bad, beds were uncomfortable and the shower had mold rust and mildew visible and the room had bugs and roaches.

Customer service. The hotel I was supposed to originally stay at oversold the hotel and left me out to dry at 2am. After calling a few hotels I found this one and the night auditor was the nicest person ever.

Easy to find. Close to gas station and fast food.
Check out was at 11 and while I was in the shower at 9am someone tried to get into my room!! Luckily I had the latch on and that stopped them from entering. I told the front desk and all that was said was sorry that it happened! And that it probably was housekeeping! My point being if I’m not checked out no one should be tring to enter my room!!

There were no bugs.
A lot of prostitution going on. Front desk gave me a hard time about towels, I had to go and get towels from Walmart and NOTHING was clean.

When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room key. After attempting with new room keys 3 times, we were told they couldn't open the door to the room without maintenance. I paid for a double queen bed room and we were put in a king bed room so I had to share a bed with a COWORKER! They did not refund any of the money and it was such a mess. Room was not cleaned from previous guest.

Location
The bathroom door was jammed halfway open, and the walls & ac unit were dirty. Found granola bars at headboard, dirty socks at edge of bed on the floor. Some guests were smoking Marijuana in the hall and at the elevator. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The lamp between the two beds had tape to hold the bulb in place.

I enjoyed the roomy shower. The nighttime staff were very accommodating.
The manager was rude to my partner and I. She also double charged me for my stay and treated it as if it was nothing. Also there was literally no sports package on the televisions.

They acted quickly with the Roach problem in our room
The room we had at first was not cleaned well there was a shower leak that had the bathroom floor wet. What look like blood stains in the bathroom. It had an odor honestly , I think maybe it was just the first floor, that room should not have rented and on top of everything there were roaches and hair but they acted swiftly and put us in a better room on the Third floor which I feel the better rooms are on the third or second . The breakfast was mid.

They were out for so many thing when reach there the room I got tv was not working intercom phone not working there was apple half eaten lying on the floor I have to go downstairs to call somebody he came and tried to fix but couldn’t he gave me another room where bathtub faucet leaking then he gave me another room where bed was not made looks some body slept on and they didn’t made the bed so back to our first room compromising no tv

the most worth Hotel i ever stayed in . wifi not working poor breakfast. i stayed for 2 days no housekeeping until i checked out i asked for extra towels in the morning for the 2nd day of stay i end up going to the front desk to get the towel almost at the end of the day. old furniture

smelled beds, mattresses or old pillows were not good. The light switches didn’t work. The lamps didn’t work the phone didn’t work plugs to charge your phone didn’t work and the towels and wash rags are like sandpaper.

In room coffee was offered in the hotel description. However, upon arrival to our room, we found coffee packets but there was no coffee maker available.

When I first arrived to pay, everything went well. But the moment I came back in from getting my bags, I was told the payment did not go through. I paid with my cashapp card and could clearly see the transaction and the money was already off of my card by this time. So, of course I tell the front desk person which was Trae. He was verryyy professional and kind by the way. He told me that apparently, the transaction went through on the kiosk end (where you swipe your card) but it “timed out” in the system which is why it did not go through. So by this time, I’m confused and frustrated because one, the transaction went through on my card and two, now I don’t have a place to stay. Trae told me that it may take about an hour to two hours to reverse back. This isn’t in ANYWAY Trae’s fault. There is only so much he could do. So, now I’m heading back to my car with all of my bags feeling defeated but is still hopeful that someone can help me tonight. No such luck there neither. I called Quality Inn 1-800 number and was given a receipt that the transaction went through. His name waa John by the way and he was soo patient and thorough with me! I then proceeded to reach out to cashapp via chat because for them it was after hours. Cashapp asked if I had something from Quality Inn to show the zero balance, date, time, and merchants logo and they would expedite this transaction so I could get my funds back. Well after an hour of back and forth with them for clarification and verification purposes, they couldnt help me neither. So, now I’m at the point of panic because its New Years and I desperately needed a clean and safe place to stay. As I was sitting in the hotel parking lot, I realized I had 2 missed calls and a voicemail unopened from about an hour or so ago. I checked the voicemail and to my surprise it was Trae from front desk of Quality Inn. The voicemail was not left intentionally because of his dialogue. He said, “….they need to update everything……..

The General Manager GRACE KELLY is NOT professional nor does she care about the well-being of her customers
Room 116 had NO HEAT, the water pressure was low in the shower, and THEY HAD BED BUGS!!!!!
