It was good except paying the 19 per person for gross food.

It was just next door to Paycom!!

Please do not pay the 19 dollars for what they call breakfast. It was so gross. I told the person there and she said oh well so I was upset about that whole experience.

Came to celebrate my bday and attend the Thunder game. Had a great time.

Convenience, friendly front desk staff, room was very comfortable

Having to pay for parking access. As a paying guest I feel that should be included in my room rate.

We enjoyed the location, valet parking, and bar staff was nice.

Very close to the Paycom center and Bricktown.

In room coffee- only one pack of regular and one decaf. Three of us in the room. Would have appreciated more coffee.

Find somewhere else to stay

Terrible service- no luggage carts available, had to search EVERY floor to find the ONE cart they had. No one offered to help us, same thing when we were ready to leave. Booked based on the Courtyard we stayed at in Mesa AZ, which was lovely...this place was dirty, not in a great neighborhood, and really unhelpful employees. To top it off, the pet fee was $150 (my fault for not checking in advance!) but most places are only $50! They literally had to do nothing for our pets, complete ripoff. Would NEVER recommend this hotel

A must stay/I will be returning!

I love the location, the bed and pillows were comfy, The staff was very welcoming and courteous. And breakfast was excellent!

I didn't like how I forgot my bathing suit for an indoor swim. 😩

The place looked nice.

They charged me double for the room and have yet to pay me back, paid on booking and they said the extra money they charged at the location was for incidentals fees. Ok so then can I have it back now??

nice room size with appropriate storage and iron with ironing board. nice refrigerator.

current trend to not provide daily room spiff cleaning. Slightly difficult to manage room temperature Charging for buffet breakfast

Location is great, staff is a amazing but the rooms ok at best

Location is great, right next to the arena and Brick Town, access to bars, restaurants, and other attractions is one of the reasons I picked this hotel over the other we used to stay at

There was no microwave in the room, the walls are very thin, you can hear mumbled conversations walking down the hall and the traffic noise...you can hear all the traffic driving by. Cars honking, motorcycles revving their engines, and police cars.

location, right next to bricktown. the hotel itself was very nice and clean. pool was great. staff was great!

there is really no where to take your trash out when it get full in your room. the trash cans in your room are so small so when I have to empty it, the trash to take it to is so small as well. I just had to sit it on top which I felt bad for doing but there was no other place to put it.

Location was perfect. Visited OKC for a Thunder game.

I visited from St. Louis for a father/son trip to see the OKC Thunder. The hotel is practically attached to Paycom center. I reserved a double queen room for us but when I got there they gave me a one bed room. The staff said they could do nothing about it and I need to go through Booking.com. Very disappointed as one of us slept on the floor each night. We took turns, it was a 2 night stay. Also, when I pulled back the covers I found I had been sleeping on a red/yellow stained sheet. I took a pic and showed the front desk who said he would inform the cleaning staff.

Location was great.

Hair in the very small shower stall. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Remote would not work the tv. Sliding door too the patio was very hard too open. Spring mattress was worn out. The pillow top mattress topper just made us sink into the bed. Room was really small for the king room price.
