Conveniently located
Room smelled musty and moldy. Shower needs an update. It had a black ring around it. The coffeemaker was in the bathroom! Breakfast ended at 9.

The location worked for us. Front desk employees were friendly. Coffee in thermal carafes was decent.
Coffee maker in room was poor. No waters in cooler at breakfast. Toaster seemed to take a long time especially with the number of ppl trying to toast breads. Eggs not great and looked gray. Check out at 11, cleaning staff knocking on door before 10, a bit early for us. And only 1 ice maker and I guess it was on the third floor.

The facilities were great. Excellent Breakfast. The room so good and clean.
I expected was close to the city. But that's ok.

Room was very clean and large. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The employee working in the kitchen was very sweet and helpful. We did appreciate the free beverages when we arrived. Many resturants nearby.
When we arrived we were told the elevator was broken and we would be on the 4th floor. Not acceptable in our eyes to have to walk up and down 4 floors.......we are not young people. We ask for another room and we got one on the second floor. My question is why would they not fill all the lower floors before they put people on the 4th floor. If not for the elevator being out and a ton of kids running around we would have given this place a 10 rating.

Breakfast was very good. The location for us was fantastic.
Th elevator was broken and we had been traveling for 2 weeks so we had a lot of stuff. We asked to be put on the first floor but the room didn't have a king bed and was very small. No room to walk around and the chair was in the corner and not accessible.

The breakfast assistant person was excellent.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Air conditioner was pleasantly quiet.
Elevator broken. My wife has considerable difficulty climbing stairs. The desk agent did move the room from 3d floor to 2d, but it was still quite difficult for my wife to to get to 2d floor. Had we known of the elevator problem in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. Apparently the elevator has been inoperable for more than 2 weeks.😕
Clothes hangar rod in room is pathetic.

I didn’t like anything g are room had blood on the curtains the mattress cover under the sheets was covered in stains and disgusting. The staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. An elderly man came in and asked for help with his bags because the elevator was broken the whole weekend and down, which they knew before we booked so it should’ve been cheaper. The person at the front desk told him there was no one to help him and he would just have to do it himself. They asked for a room on the first floor, they were told nope we don’t make changes like that. He was made to take his bags up by himself while they were two front desk employees standing right there, young and very capable of helping the elderly man upstairs it was the worst experience of our lives, and we will not be staying there again.
The place was in poor condition. The rooms and the beds in the bathrooms were disgusting blood stains on the curtains, stains all over the beds. Shower was filthy and had hair left over in it. No trash bags in the trash cans staff was very unhelpful and rude we will never be staying there again.

Was clean and good value.
Elevator was broken. CJ, Manager on duty, had a terrible personality, grouchy, not personable at all. Did not provide the King bed as reserved.

The location was near plenty of restaurants. The hotel was clean in appearance. The breakfast was decent. The young man in charge of this service was attentive to his guests and the food supply.
The shower on/off knob had some major issues. It was very hard to “catch” the knob in the correct spot to get the water temp bearable. We fiddled with it for five minutes before it worked correctly. Our room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector when we arrived. We reported it and it was immediately removed.

The hotel is very close to the turnpike which I needed to be on the next morning. Staff was very friendly and professional.
The pool should close at 10 at the latest. Way too many kids running the hallways (this is the second time I have stayed there and the same thing happened) and yelling in the pool. I had a long drive and just wanted to relax and go to sleep. Not happening there. I unfortunately was across the hall literally from the breakfast room. It would be very easy to close off the small opening and filter everyone through the lobby where breakfast is eaten. Can't say much about the breakfast. Premade waffles, I think it was grits in the pot, sausage saucers that were overcooked or probably not edible. There were 2 premade breakfast sandwiches, one of which I ate and was pretty good. 2 types of lemon yogurt so no other choices. There are always overcooked scrambled eggs and no bacon which I would have liked. I was looking for some jelly or jam but none to be had for my breakfast sandwich. Apparently there is an issue with the elevator because I heard several people complaining about it although I was on the first floor. Unfortunately this was the only room I could get in Exton this weekend and I figured for one night it would be ok. I won't make that mistake again.

The room
The breakfast was not good

The room was spacious enough. I really liked the bathroom -- so nice and cozy. The bed was good too, I slept really well.
Both breakfasts we had there were yummy. Another lovely thing was that they serve hot coffee all day long.
During the first night it was super quiet. The second one was totally different -- we heard our neighbors too well.
And one more thing. The room we stayed in was... well, messy :) And we didn't even notice it until day two, since the trouble was skillfully hidden by some nice smell they had sprayed around the place before our arrival. Can't you clean the carpet these days so that every weird odor didn't have a chance to stay??
Oh and the person that cleans the rooms came in without getting a reply from us... that was weird.
