The bed was nice and the room was large and clean
Three things
1) Trains blowing their horns until 10p, then resuming at 6am. Literally right out the window
2) There was rust stains (or at least brown stains) on my shower floor
3) When I checked in, they said they "would take care of parking". Then a $12 fee appeared on my bill in the morning. When I approached the staff that morning, they said there was nothing they could do. Boo! It is only 12 bucks, but customer service was not good.

I was booked and paid to stay for 3 nights. After my first night, while I was out for the day and my belongings still in the room, my belongings were moved and my door was left open by the cleaning staff. They attempted to move me out. Did not reimburse me and my belongings could have been stolen. I filed a police report

It was cool and comfy. Pool was great 👍🏾 👌
Didn't know I had to pay for parking until I got there. I feel like it wasn't mentioned prior.

The staff was really kind and open to help. The room was big and with everything one could need, even for a long stay. Nice surrounding neighborhood.

Clean hotel, kind staff, something for everyone at breakfast. Trains going by wasn't as bothersome as others noted in reviews.
Bed wasn't so comfortable. Not much within short walking distance of hotel.

We've been here before, and for pet-friendly, family comfort, breakfast, and location, it is very good.
However and whoever, unacceptable reservation issues. We booked in early October for two rooms, front-loaded full payment at the lower booking.com selection. Sent messages several times to the hotel explaining that one room was for my son and his partner, who were arriving earlier than us. They were well served, but we arrived only to be told that there was no second room booked for myself and family! Reserved 2 months earlier! Another room was found -- by luck -- otherwise we'd be out on the street in a blizzard -- and the upgrade was nice (but not cleaned well and no equipment for kitchen). And....received a bill to my Amex, day before leaving, for an "extended stay" bill FOR SOMEBODY ELSE'S ROOM!! Literally, another room number! Cleared it up at the desk but then on check-out a different staff person was going to charge us for the non-existent and already cleared up EXTENDED STAY in SOMEBODY ELSE'S ROOM!! I just turned in our room cards, told them I payed in full in October, and walked away. I will talk to my lawyer if more wrong charges show up on my credit car. This is not a personal complaint-- the staff were friendly, , the breakfast was unusually excellent. But you can't lose a two month reservation or bill your credit card for other people's rooms. The place does not seem to seem to be on top of the concepts of reservations and secure, proper billing.

We had a wonderful experience here and don't understand the negative reviews - so glad we ignored them. At check in and out we were warmly greeted by everyone. There's a luggage carrier for transporting bags. Location is excellent. We were visiting friends nearby and took the train, less than 5 minute walk, to Philly. A great way to avoid driving and parking. Room is spacious, modern, very clean, full size appliances, comfortable bed and seating, good charging plugs and lights. Easy to find. Lots of place for storage. We would recommend. We didn't use gym or pool but nice to have. Public areas are very nice.
The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the wifi was spotty; we didn't receive a strong signal and it kept dropping.

staff were excellent and very nice
breakfast uses paper plates.....netflix and streaming TV didnt work the entire stay! having to reconnect to wifi every 24 hours is NOT convenient at all!
