BEST HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED IN ST. PETERS AREA!!!!

The size of the room and the facilities were wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the sitting areas were ample. The kitchen area was a definite plus!!! The staff were superb, especially Sarah!!

It worked well for what we needed but it could’ve been better.

Stayed here for the weekend in the little studio (room 103) with my husband and 13 month old. The room was spacious enough. Super helpful to have a fully functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

My only complaint is that when we checked in, the room was set to heat at 71 degrees in late March. The temperature in the room was 76. We had to leave early that evening and told the staff. They went into the room to fix it. Upon our return, the room was more comfortable (probably actually around 68 degrees) however, someone had left two of the windows cracked open- on the main floor and these windows opened to the parking lot. Not good. We closed the windows and slept fine. The next day, I had the air conditioning set to 68 and by the time we woke up, the room was 61 degrees. I don’t know what was going on with this room but the thermostat is broke and they didn’t fix it, and then they left our windows cracked. We’re lucky nobody broke in and we weren’t robbed.

Not the best stay.

That there was 2 separate rooms with there own bathrooms. So we had our own room/bathroom and our daughter and grandkids had there own room/bathroom. Also had a regular sized frig with freezer, dishes and dishwasher. Had a swimming pool. Was clean and not over powering smell with chlorine.

The drawers and cupboards were dirty. Weren't wiped or vacuumed out. We asked for a playpen for a newborn grandson when we left to go shopping and thought we'd pick it up. We got back to the hotel, stopped at the front desk, and the lady said it was in our room. We put it right inside the door. Then, next morning, Sunday, getting ready and packing stuff up, and it's 10:30 am and the door opened up and it was one of the house keepers. No knock on the door or anything.

Beautiful hotel. Would be great for an extended stay.

The staff was very friendly. There were bathrooms with each of the two bedrooms in the suite, so it was like having two rooms. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date looking. The hot tub and pool were well kept.

When you went to the front desk for something, it didn't seem like the staff could see you or hear you. You waited and some people left. There was no bell. That was the only issue.

Facilities were nice although I was unable to book a room with 2 beds. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and messed up my back. Besides that had a wonderful time and loved the staff

There was a roach crawling on the big table. I guess the kitchen table. They couldn't accommodate me to another room because they was booked. All they could do for us was give us 10,000 points that we can't do anything with.

Breakfast was great

Up keep wasn’t good. Outside wasn’t keep up great. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without pulling on hard. There was a leak coming from the ceiling dripping in hallway near our room.

The staff were very helpful in many different situations. Very nice hotel, I will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained.

The pool area kept running out of towels and it was dirty in there. Im pretty sure it was from the guests making a mess, and maybe I was in the pool area in between staff checks.

The privacy and the guy at the desk when I checked in was great! I can't remember his name but he gave me complimentary items for my honeymoon :)!!!

Our phone in the room didn't work, you have to request housekeeping or they will not come at all. I asked the lady at the desk can housekeeping come to my room and she told me they had already left for the day but they were on my floor when I got back up to my room so I asked and they came.

The management paid for us to stay at the stay bridge and across the street and they were wonderful but very disappointe

Arrived at 1:30 in the morning and was told by the front desk clerk that there was not a room that had been clean for us and how upset she was that she was seven months pregnant I was going to have to clean a room while we waited

She should never have told me her physical condition and there was no way I was waiting in the lobby well 07 month old preggo pretended to change the sheets

we’ve stayed here before with no problems. Not again.

Good location off of Hwy 64. Very quiet. Room 130 was large.

Front desk person was uneducated about what was going on with the property. Booking.com said roll away beds were available. Manager said their website states no roll away beds. Room 130 smells like chlorine due to nearby pool. Water repair needed and no hot water was available Friday evening to Saturday at 11 am. Completely understand that these things happening. However, issue with water was known by staff at time of our check-in but we were not notified until we called the front desk at 8pm asking about the issue. Poor management at this location.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I arrived at the hotel to check in at 9:45pm and was told my room wasn’t ready! I had just driven over 6 hours and was tired. I sat out in the parking lot until 10:50 pm and then was finally able to check in. I was told they would comp me my time for the inconvenience of not being able to check in when I arrived and was billed for the full original amount the next day. Terrible night and frustrating to have to go down and ask for the refund I was promised the night before. Never stay at this hotel again!
