Would stay again 9/10

We got to the hotel to check in about 5:00 pm. The front desk lady was very nice and respectful. Easy to talk to. Her name was Heather. We got to our room and it was what appeared to be cleaned well. All appliances worked great except for one lamp that was broke in the livingroom area. Hallways were hot and not air conditioned. Elevators worked. The ac in the unit did work amazing, and we like our room cold. Very quiet hotel even for being right off the main highway. There were odd stains on the curtains like someone had smoked inside the room or rust had touched them idk. I found a dried up contact on the bathroom floor. We always go straight to the beds to make sure there are no creepy crawlers.. and all the sheets and mattresses were white white and clean! What a relief. That's always a fear of mine. I did find what looked like a housekeeper long hair under the fitted sheet. :( This place made a great Wedding Anniversary escape for the weekend for us. For this priced I'd give this hotel a 9/10. Definitely will stay there again. Not to bad. One of the outside doors key locked didn't open and you had to go to the main doors each time. That made a longer walk bc our room and elevator were closest to that door. Lobby and halls rec room other rooms were all very clean from what I could see. I did use the treadmill and it was very nice. Ac controlled room with a lock. Clean towels and items were easily accessible. Breakfast had good options. Plenty of space to eat. :)

The oldest TownePlace Suites I’ve ever been to!

The breakfast was good. The location to the highway was convenient.

This property is very old and outdated. We drove from one end to the other looking for the main entrance. Rooms are small for 3 people.

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The social areas were really nice. Our bathroom was massive.

The property could use an update.

Doable, but will look elsewhere if improvements aren’t made.

Location was great. Easy access to places. Some staff were great, others not so much.

Room was smaller than expected. The place is dated. Lightbulbs were burned out in bathroom. Toilet was too low. No sink in actual bathroom. Outside alone wasn’t ideal. There was a stale smell when you first walk in each time. Kitchen microwave worked intermittently. Stove had burners that didn’t work.

Close to the highway, very clean, many amenities, definitely would stay again.

They charged me $50 for bringing my dog. That is too much!!

After being out in 100 degree weather, we checked in and our AC in the room was not on and not working. It was 85 degrees in the room and we checked in close to bedtime for our kids. there were no other rooms to move to and they said this had been a problem. Thankfully my husband found a reset switch on the units and got the kids room working well. The other bedroom took forever to cool down and was super loud and clunky, it made a terribly loud crashing sound every 30 minutes, waking me up throughout the night. So much so that I had to shut it off completely the second. ought so I could sleep.

will not return

This was a leisure trip and we needed a pet friendly location with a pull out bed. we travel frequently and thought we could count on a Marriott property.

The front desk staff was so rude, oblivious to my request and kept repeating a rehearsed line as if she was reading it from a manual. Awful.

Great location

My toilet was not working for 3 days, the sink in my bathroom was clogged and filled up with water the minute you turned it on and the shower was clogged and I had standing water while showering. Not one apology or offer to move rooms or a discount.

Great rooms, bad beds and breakfast

Stayed in a two room suite, loved the layout and room. Had good amenities in the room. Easy access from elevator and stairs. Was fairly quiet. It was clean.

Bed was way to firm for my liking and pillows were way too soft, not good if you are a side sleeper. Stayed 2 nights and didn't get any service on the room, no trash removal or fresh towels. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing that kids wanted to eat and barely anything could stand.

I feel this place was over priced compared to what services were received.

Breakfast was just fine. The beds were comfortable and we slept really good.

The location hadn't been updated. It appeared to be older than the pictures advertised. Also, the pools were not available. They were closed for maintenance or some nondescript reason. There should have been a discount then since this was not listed or communicated BEFORE the room was reserved. The TV remote wasn't working and we had to walk the remote down to the front desk versus being brought a new one. Also, there was a refrigerator but no ice cube tray. When we called about getting ice somewhere on our floor, the front desk clerk wasn't sure about where to get ice from. I expected more for $150.00 plus a night!

Staff should be praised for there service. The front desk gentleman (name?) set the way for our stay!!

The comfortable atmosphere that the front desk gave was just the beginning!!! We stayed for 2 days (Dec 31st- Jan 2nd) From the housekeeping to the front desk & any of the employees we met we no complaints jus praise for your employees!!! Breakfast was hot & plenty of option. pool & hot tub was relaxing also.
