Location great, having Walmart and Katy Mills in walking distance extra bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the beds - so comfortable 😊

The water pressure was really poor and only one washing machine and dryer in the hotel!

Disappointing

No Phone, the wifi was marginal at best and there was water dripping out of the wall from the shower above it.

Nice rooms but there was a lot of maintenance needed.

The rooms were laid out very nice and spacious. The looked very updated.

The pool was out of order. The ice box on the third floor was broken. The cable was out partially on the first day. TV was hard to navigate and not many good channels.

Do better!!!

I liked the location, of the event I attended. I felt the room was a little cramped.

I have a disability and there was construction materials blocking the disabilities entrance. The workers had pressure washed the building. The sidewalk was soaked and I almost lost my footing and slipped in the hotel lobby. There was also a dirty towel left in the bathroom. We threw behind the toilet.

Great place for the value.

Breakfast was ok....not a fan of turkey sausage. Coffee was excellent.

Could use more lighting in the sitting area. Not enough light to read by.

The staff was very nice and were understanding

My room had bed bugs and the sheets weren't clean the room wasn't either. But the young lady at the desk was so nice when I told her about, she made sure I was moved to another room.

It was OK but not as good as in the past.

Breakfast and location were just fine.

I have stayed in this same facility in the past but I was VERY disappointed that this time the room was not serviced by housekeeping each morning, as was done before. I had expected new towels and the bed straightened when I returned after being away all day at a nearby event. When checking out, I asked about the lack of service and was told that just within the last couple of months, policy had been changed to only provide service for stays of 3 or more nights. When I asked the clerk why I wasn't told about the new policy when I checked in, she shrugged her shoulders and had no reply.

Do better!!!

They show on the greeting commercial that staff is continually cleaning the elevators for sanitation purposes. I made sure we always used the stairs.

It’s only a treadmill and 3 pairs of weights in the “fitness center”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken the WHOLE duration of my stay. The 1st day my daughter had to take a cold shower. The refrigerator in our room obviously was broken because the freezer melted our ice cream. The television freezes while watch and you have to physically turn it off for it to reboot. I had to rooms and I’m actually glad they’re rates are higher and we have to leave this property. They don’t have a printer for guest. How do you know if I want what I’m printing to be sent to a hotel email address. Added - this morning I come down because I needed something printed because remember a printer for guest wasn't available. I wait almost 6 minutes for someone from the front desk to come out. I look to my left she's starting to walk down the hall chewing and convering with her coworker. The document is finally printed. Walk over to the breakfast area to grab my daughter a small bite and a roach is on the wall above the food. So we end our stay hungry and wondering if we brought anything with us!

Better cleanliness. The room smelled very poorly. Found a total of 3 roaches during our stay, left them dead on the floor and each time we returned the dead roaches were still there.

Mostly liked it but the mold was sick

It seemed nice and big

Mold in the bathroom ceiling and roof painting on the bedroom ceiling was unsettling once I saw the black mold n the bath room I couldn’t under it
