Nothing was found unlikeable

Employee at checkin charged me for 3 nights even tho I already paid for my 2 night stay thru booking. She Only mentioned charging me the $50 deposit. No hot water in our first room - but they moved us to the room next door that did have hot water in the shower. Very close to multiple beaches

Construction constantly very noisy. Dirt and rocks everywhere because of construction Lack of parking due to construction. Some staff members were rude. Cost way too much to deal with all the headaches.

I travel to South Florida once a month and have stayed at this location numerous times. I do not think I will be staying here again it’s progressively getting worse every time I stay

The upgrades of the room were nice. The shower and big TV were nice too
The door did not close properly. It was not safe. There was also two battering ram marks on the front door. They just painted over it instead of replacing the door. There was obviously people living upstairs being a lookout. It looks very unpleasant and unprofessional. We definitely felt unsafe.

I regretted booking a room as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. This place is the definition of catfishing. There was garbage everywhere, building supplies and more garbage by the pool, sketchy people lurking everywhere, kids running around at midnight, a dog I'm assuming was left alone barking nonstop for over an hour, people arguing outside rooms on their phone, a drunk guy half asleep or nodding out on the walkway to get to my room, men coming and going from one room above me with a guy standing watch outside or occasionally smoking with the disheveled woman from inside. I brought in all of our luggage bc I was afraid my vehicle would be broken into and stayed up the entire night because I had my 5 yr old with me and I definitely did not feel safe. The room itself was ok at best. It looked like the updates were diy by the owner (probably explains the mess by the pool) and all of the "new" fixtures were damaged, I'm assuming they were purchased cheaper that way. Forget shampoo conditioner, you get a bar of soap but looking at the other clientele I doubt they bathe so it's understandable. I don't know if breakfast is included or available but you couldn't pay me to eat anything here. So, if you're looking to score drugs or companionship for the night, this is the place. Otherwise you're spending $200 for a chance to be murdered 😬

Location was close to everything.
Beds were hard, no hot water, AC made horrible noises all night, loud and bright outside of room.

Location
Amount paid given it was under ongoing repair, load music, and yelling around pool, noisy in early morning by workers, not very clean.

construction workers are living here from hurricane. drinking and partying- (not judging but my husband needed to sleep) room is ok but should be priced under 100, it was almost 200
loud, partying

The bed was comfortable.
The first room they put me in was FILTHY. There was a razor left on top of the bathroom mirror, the floors were not cleaned, the desks were dirty, only one light by the bed worked. The other light on the desk had no light bulb. Cigarette butts littered the walkway. The sign in the office said no visitors allowed. What? I made the trip expressly to spend time with my family. I asked to be switched to another room and when I got to that room, it was just as bad. The desk clerk had someone go back and clean the first room which is the one I ended up staying in although it still was not adequately cleaned. Ugh. There were men working all day on the roof, yelling back and forth to each other in Spanish and drilling. The next day, I had to pick up nails that had fallen from the roof as they were up and down the sidewalk as to keep my toddler grandsons from stepping on them. Just a really bad experience all around.
