The property was everything one expects a Marriott to be—friendly, clean and comfortable. Thank you.

The layout of the room was perfect for a family traveling together. We were also able to get a 5 am shuttle to the airport.

At first I was disappointed that there was no restaurant/room service but the many choices in the adjacent strip commercial area served us well. We did have toast for linens for the pull-out couch and 2 extra towel sets despite the fact that the reservation was for 2 adults and 2 kids; however, the items were delivered promptly.

Comfortable stay close to airport.

Size of room was perfect. Bedroom with sofa bed. Shuttle was provided

No linen for sofa bed but was later provided. Communication with staff later was very bad. I contacted several times internationally to let them know I had left a pair of earrings there. Left message and emailed. I finally gave up.

The location is close the IAD airport.

The lady at the reception was not very welcoming. When we asked about early morning breakfast to pack since our flight was early, her answer was a brief NO. The wifi internet was not working.

A delightful respite after a very long 16 hour flight - a true place to relax and recuperate.

The shuttle service was ALWAYS on time and we were never in doubt of getting a seat. Lindo at the front desk made us feel welcome and appreciated. There is a good choice of restaurant with yards of the hotel. We had the King suite and it allowed lots of privacy by merely sliding or closing doors. Although we did not partake of the room service, the menu was varied, prices were good and it provided a good option.,

Everything was fine.

location, layout of the room, helpful staff, able to get an early shuttle to the airport leave our car there during our trip to Houston

really noisy neighbors came in around 11:30 PM and settled down between 12:30 and 1.

The restaurant food was well prepared and there were many options to choose from the brew menu and they are all delicious. The omelette man is very friendly

Staff don’t greet guest when they meet. They don’t even say hi just busy walking by. Not good for such excellent hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is very nice but your Wi-Fi policy is a rip-off.

It's so bizarre that such a hotel does not have basic wifi to be connected to and we had to be charged $12.95 for it when we couldn't even use it. In such a modern world where wifi is everywhere, it's such a rip-off for customers to have to pay before they can access the internet. In this modern day, the internet is no more a luxury. WIFI is a utility just like electricity and water. If you don't provide internet service, it should be bolded near your rates so nobody can have oversight and be slammed with almost $13 when they checked in and checked out within 16hrs. It's appalling and a rip-off. I've been to other Marriot suites where I used wifi free and stayed there for days. It's such a disappointment.

That I was charged $12.95 for wifi when I've been to hotels that are not this expensive but still used wifi for free

The hotel provided us the sense that we are royalty. we are now, Marriott supporters wherever we travel.

loved the design of our suite. Joy, the Receptionist, provided a warm reception to new arrivals. She is almost worth her weight in gold! Breakfast was a real treat. services and food option are seldom available elsewhere.

Beautiful and inviting. However, with GPS. we had some difficulty locating the entrance to the property.

Overall very good comfy hotel :)

Room comfort, proximity to the airport with free shuttles every 30 min, fast elevators :)

Breakfast was included within booking.com reservations for 3 people, but in the end we were asked to pay for the breakfast for the 3rd person. Check-in and breakfast stuff not really friendly.

Location! Our room was designed perfectly. Peaceful and loved the decor.

The coffee tray was not stocked. Trash cans did not have a liner. Front deskservice is not professional or welcoming. Greet the customer always. Make guests feel welcome first no matter how busy. They seem frustrated. It's an easy fix that makes a huge difference.
