I stayed here because we had a family reunion so most of the family stayed here. This hotel was selected by our reuniiI like the fact that I had a place to sleep, but after visiting, this hotel would not be a place that I would personally choose.. The bed was comfortable though. The accountant, Ms.⁰ Valerie( I think that was her name) was super helpful at check in. She assisted the receptionist with billing issues so that I wasn't charged again for a room that I had booked and paid for through Booking.com. She saved the day!
I had an issue with checking in. I booked and paid with Booking.com but the receptionist attempted to charge me again at check-in (this was resolved). There is only one elevator for the entire hotel which I was thought was weird. My room had a slight odor that I didn't care too much for and I couldn't switch because the hotel was booked. I always travel with air freshener, cleaning sprays and disinfectant sprays so I had to handle that on my own. They were a little pricey, in my opinion, just for basic things like a bottle or water or soda, etc. Even a breakfast sandwich was the price of a full meal that you could get at McDonald's; which may be the normal prices that hotels charge, but I'm just stating some things that I didn't like. The rooms looked a little out-datee. There were some minor scratches on the toilet seat, in the shower and even on the ceiling of the room. This hotel could totally use an upgrade!

I thought the breakfast was included in the cost for the room. Instead we had to pay for our breakfast. The cost for breakfast was not reasonable.

I did not try the breakfast at the location. From the looks of the options, it had a nice variety. I saw other individuals eat breakfast there, just not myself or my family.
I did not like the size of the pool. There were a lot of guests during our stay and I think if the pool was bigger than, more guests could have used that amenity. It was also cold for an indoor pool.

The staff was extremely friendly and the facility had all the perfect amenities.
Paying for breakfast and not having enough choices.

Location was very quiet. Staff, especially at check-in, were wonderful! Bed was very comfortable and room looked like it had been cleaned. I will definitely stay again.
The only complaint is that house keeping should be cleaning/dusting everything, not just the most used things, in the room.

The staff
The fact we were charged an extra $20.00 to reserve the room when we arrived and nothing was said on the phone about this charge.

Pleasant staff, comfortable beds.
Not the fault of the hotel, But wish I had researched a bit more the distance to things to do/eat/drink.

Location, the outdoor pool at sister property
Rooms are very small for the price, better value at hotel next door. For the price no breakfast no real restaurant...
