We like the location and size of the hotel, new furniture and carpet in the rooms would be great.

There was no breakfast. We've stayed in the hotel before and liked the location, the beds are comfortable and the staff has always been helpful and nice.

I don't like the greasy looking headboards on the beds, the stained upholstered furniture, and the dirty carpet. Actually the hotel needs an update in the furniture and carpet in the rooms we've stayed in.

Friendly staff, unpleasant hotel

The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly.

The rooms are run down (actual damage in multiple parts of the room- holes in walls, bathtub had cracks, stains on carpets). My room was incredibly loud as the window was next to some sort of large machine, like an air conditioning condenser. It made loud noise all night.

Staff extremely friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

There was excessive noise in the room above us until after midnight. Sounded like renovation work with pounding, stomping, and the dragging of heavy objects across the floor.

It was extremely comfortable, the staff was beyond friendly and they had a nice gazeebo outback with tables and chairs for the smokers.

Pool and courtyard were nice. Nice clean and welcoming lobby with opportunity for food purchases on site is very convenient.

We needed an ADA room. Unfortunately because of the way the beds go to the floor we couldn't use the ADA bed bar that we travel with. It was also very difficult for my mom to use her walker in between the beds - not enough room for her to maneuver. Fitness room did not have any equipment that would work for a mobility challenged person - all you need is 1 recumbant bike. And none of the weights (only 15 lb and over) were appropriate for mobility challenged or women.

For the money, needs some deep cleaning

Spacious. Two types of beds. One comfortable and ample ( maybe a small king) the other firmer and smaller, probably a small queen. Wonderful pillows and very very clean linen. Large bathroom. Small but nice mini fridge and useful microwave. Good closet and nice rolling table that can serve as a desk. The hotel has a very nice entrance that is inviting, with coffee, bar like stools and very nice seating.

Unfortunately, the rug both in the hallway and in the room was filthy and stained. It smelled moldy and was terribly disturbing, especially since the room cost $134!! The lampshade and curtains in the room had dribble stains on them. One would expect nothing but the cleanest environment for that price!

No breakfast was served, no ice on either day very dusty room. Hard bed. Very small room. Not Courtyard standards.

The staff was friendly and did a great job.

Only issue I could say is the room we were in was next to a elevator and the elevator produced a substantial amount of knocking noises that are very clearly hear from the room . Aside from that inconvenience, everything was great . It wasn't a quality issue or cleanliness issue just a minor issue with noise.
