Personale molto gentile, abbiamo avuto problema con la stanza e ci hanno dato una migliore, eravamo con un bimbo di 2 anni e abbiamo chiesto se per favore ci davano un po’ di latte già che il nostro è andato male, e ci lo hanno fornito.

Okay value for cost. Location was good.

Room ok - light on bedside table did not work. Lighting a bit too bright. Bathroom light and fan just one switch - would have preferred 2 so that it was not so noisy when you needed to turn on light.

Breakfast was overcrowded with guests/families. Hardly able to get coffee, only one person working. Not enough chairs, long lines for food.

Best Hotel Ever

The establishment was kept clean daily. The staff is knowledgeable about their facilities. The maids are friendly. Breakfast is a bonus for a must have good day. Thank you ALL!!!!

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever rented.

The second shift clerk.

This property has broken furniture outside. The rooms and halls smell of mildew. The air conditioning was broken. They put us in 3 rooms and they were all set to 80 degrees. The 2nd floor elevator buttons were broken so we had to walk the stairs. There was a man walking in and out of the hotel screaming at the guests and at the sky about God. He was there the entire trip. I had to check out a night early and drive 2 and a half hours to get home. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Great place, overall nice staff, in a nice area, cool A/C, breakfast. Overall it was nice!

Had a issue with billing higher than agreed to that caused a stressful morning and talking to manager on the phone to get it fixed after being charged more than I signed to pay. It was later fixed after phone conversation and pushing for them to honor their word they give to customers.

Room was definitely not as pictured. The girl at the front desk told me there would be a recliner or something. There was only one stiff chair with no arms. She couldn't even face me when I went back.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had hot items and was good. Good location off I-95, close by but away from traffic noise. Great overnight stop while traveling.

Happy staff. Great breakfast.

There was one fella there that sang as he served in the breakfast lounge area. What a pleasant experience for the staff to be so happy. I asked him if he really liked his job there so well or if he had Jesus in his heart...he replied, "both"! He truly made our breakfast time full of Sonshine. The breakfast foods served was better than many other hotels. Thank you for that !

Coffee bar needs to be amped up. It's the future man. A couple options for boldness and maybe some cream flavor choices. It would pair so well with the food this location offers. Lounge area chairs need a deep clean or replaced.

Overall, very clean with efficient staff but laundry changing could be more frequent.

Clean, friendly staff and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and the gentleman helper was excellent.

Stayed for six nights and had to ask for a change of towels on day 5. Sheets not changed at all and I emptied the bins. Whether this was policy I don’t know. I realise not the hotels fault but for 5 nights, we had a child gymnast doing somersaults and cartwheels in the room directly above. Stopped by 2200. Hotel could be noisy with guests slamming doors until late.

Basically clean and convenient. good place to sleep

Room was clean and convenient. I had been told no breakfast and no fridge in the room BUT in fact both of these were available

Booking.com didn't tell me that they would charge $60 for their services. It was very difficult to find a valid phone number for the motel and booking was no help. Breakfast was adequate but very basic. Fairfield next door has much better breakfast with eggs offered every day.

You get what you pay for!!!

The only reason I went with this hotel was because of the price. It was during spring break and the options were limited. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway.

I booked a room with two queen beds. I got there and was told they don't have any more of those. I was told I had to take a room with a queen and a pull out twin sofa. Both beds were miserable to sleep on. No support or cushion in either of the beds. If you have a bad back or sensitive back, AVOID this place at all costs. Pay the higher price at another hotel that will have potentially better accommodations.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

None

The worst hotel I have ever been. I paid for 2 nights for $500, i should at least get a decent room. The sheets smelt strong bleach which caused me to have bad headaches when I woke up. The shower vent was so loud and shower dripping. Old and dingy carpet and smells old and dirty. It was so bad that we had to check out after the first night because I couldn’t sleep there another night after suffering severe headache when I woke up the first night. I couldn’t even get a refund for the second night.
