AGREABLE HOTEL AVEC BON RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX

You should not have to pay for parking...

The hotel is new and modern looking.

I could hear the people talking in the adjacent hotel room, very clearly. They were not talking loudly. They were having a casual conversation and I could clearly hear and understand much of what they were saying. That was creepy and left me feeling uneasy all night. I was very thankful that they kept their activity to conversation. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING!! Finding parking at this hotel was not a problem. They had adequate parking. However, you actually have to pay to park in the parking lot at the hotel. I have never experienced this before and it was very frustrating. If I had known that I was going to have to pay for parking I 100% would have gone somewhere else. But I had booked my reservation online and had no idea that parking would cost extra. And overnight parking is not cheap, at $14/night! I will never return to this location.

The hotel served the purpose of my needs as it was very close to the venue of my convention

Breakfast was awesome! I like that there were multiple things to choose from. Only thumbs down is the lack of flavored creamers.

Pay to park. Thankfully, I was given a code to use so that I didn't have to pay to park. I was with a LOT of people who were there for a convention and could have easily gone to a cheaper hotel with free parking.

Beds were very uncomfortable, breakfast at 830.. no coffee or orange juice or fruit... if your going to say breakfast til 9, have all items available until then .. charging hotel guests for parking is not ok...

AJ kept in touch with me throughout my visit to make sure my visit was a good one. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Great complimentary breakfast

It snowed in late May, and I rented a convertible Mustang! I know, this has nothing to do with the hotel. Everything was great at the hotel.

I would not stay here again for the value.

breakfast didn't open until 7am which was later than we would have liked, but there were a decent amount of food options

The smoke detector was directly above the bed and blinking its bright lights which was disruptive to sleep. The two meals we ordered for dinner at the restaurant were not good. I'm sure they do hamburgers really well, but both of our entrees were quite rough and we couldn't finish them. Maybe it was just that night. But I do expect higher quality from an Embassy Suites. Hotel guest had to pay for parking.

Convenient for an event!

We attended an event in the conference center so it was convenient. Location was handy. Nice size room, but a little outdated.

Paid parking !!!!! Even guests have to pay for parking. No instructions in room, everything was through a QR code. Air fiter in room was dirty.

It is always clean and quiet. We love to stay here when we go to events at Budweiser event center because it is a short walk.

Great stay!

This is an amazing hotel! Walking distance to the event center and close to shopping. The interstate is a hop, skip, and jump away. Clean facilities, friendly staff, quiet room, and a great free breakfast!

My only negative is that they don't have a hot tub.

Sound of the interstate traffic was louder than any hotel we stayed at our entire 8 day trip. The semi trucks jake breaking was very annoying.

Loved this Hotel, large room with a second TV and a living room are that would be good for a family, Large comfy bed The breakfast was great every type of food also the managers reception was very friendly and a pleasure. All the staff was first class and helpful the public areas are first class. Location is good close to the motorways.

Clean, spacious resort feeling.

Clean comfortable rooms with nice bathroom and shower. The layout is interesting with a resort feel to it, there is an inside court yard were breakfast is served on the first floor and you can look up or down and see all of the rooms from inside. They offer salon services and other amenities that aren't usually found in a hotel. The breakfast was probably one of the best I've had for free in a hotel, buffet style with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and the usual breakfast items and you can order omelets with different ingredients to your liking or have fresh pancakes made in different styles.

Could hear the highway sometimes but wasn't too bad, they do provide ear plugs. Nothing else stands out.
