Clean and minimal

Room was very clean and spacious. Location was convenient. Lots of security cameras around which I guess was needed given the location. Car parking area behind a locked gate. Staff was somewhat helpful (when I pulled up to the locked gate, there was a person inside who was cleaning but she didn't bother to come out to let me know that I needed to check in first in order to get into the gated area. And there wasn't any signage letting me know that was the process.)

Smelled like paint. Had to pay for ice (that's a first). But most disappointing was that the pictures and listing said there was a pool and apparently the pool has not been operational for some time. I was visiting my niece and her family who live nearby and brought my great nephew to my hotel for him to swim. He was a very disappointed 6-year old.

HORRIBLE--NEVER AGAIN

THE ORIGINAL PRICE

VERY NOISY, LOW LIFE GUESTS--YELLING, FIGHTING, HOMELESS, PROSTITUTES, DRUGS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I STAYED 4 WEEKS. PRICES CHANGED EVERY TIME I BOOKED. HIGHER AND HIGHER. MY HOUSE WASN'T READY YET SO I WAS DESPERATE. HOUSEKEEPING ONLY CAME 5 TIMES IN 1 MONTH. BEDDING AND FLOORS NASTY, DIRTY, STAINED. NO COFFEE MAKER. NO WASH CLOTHS, NO PLASTIC DRINKING CUPS. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. OWNERS WERE PAINTING OUTSIDE OF BUILDING THUS YOU HAD THAT NOISE ALSO. WORKERS YELLING AND WHISTLING. BLOWING OFF WALKWAYS IN THE MORNINGS.

I rather pay a little more for somewhere else with no bugs and water in the pool

Horrible. Don't go here.

Roaches in inner and outer bathroom. light in inner bathroom was burned out. Bathtub was dirty. Back of tv remote was missing and batteries were dead. No phone in room to contact office.

Pleasant

If you're looking at this place, like I was, for a cheap place to stay overnight, this is the place for you. Whole area was fenced in, which was nice considering the area. Oh, and there's a construction crew on-site doing upgrades (never heard them) which bodes well for future travelers.

Expect zero extras. No clock in the room, no facial tissue, even though there's a dispenser for it, I had to go back down to the office to get the Wi-Fi password, the bathroom door couldn't open all the way because it hit the toilet.

only issue I had was my key not work and the night clerk wasn’t too helpful

it was quite and not a lot of traffic.

they were really strict about no visitors like you couldn’t have none there that wasn’t on the reservation.

The tub was chipped and looked stained, and the shower head was very low and not an adjustable head. There was no phone to communicate with the staff, no coffee pot or iron.

Adequate but disappointing.

Reception lobby was closed. It was in the afternoon and someone eventually came to the night window.. He went through the motions of does and don’ts and made it clear I was not to return to the office. The ice machine didn’t work and was being used for a trash container.

Room was fairly big. Room was fairly affordable.

The beds were really rough and made it very difficult to sleep in. I woke up multiple times with pain in my body from the mattress and even the pillows were cheap and we only got two small clumpy pillows for two people. Room didn’t smell good and everything else looked outdated.

The worst I've ever experienced. 2 stars??? I say ZERO stars.

We had to ask for pillows. We had to ask for towels, and were only given 3 for a 4 day stay. We were told we could not get more. NO housekeeping during our stay. They had a note in the room explaining that, not during check in or online. TV did not work. Wifi did not work. No breakfast.

Worst experience ever will never come back

Nothing worst service ever sheets were dirty with white stains and comforter was burned with cigarette burns. Key cards won’t work

Shower towels has yellow spots room was dirty with dust according to the manager the locks on the door were ruined by a homeless mad but family members had the same problem on opening the door and we had half of one toilet paper in our room the remote for the tv did not even work
