Worst Experience Ever

That I was able to get the two rooms I booked next to each other. That was the only good thing about that stay. I will never stay here again and will forever tell people to stay away. We were put off immediately entering the doors. Professionalism was non-existent.

First the outside doors don't work at A and C. The signage may be the most confusing thing about the property. Pool was closed. No gym access cause lock is broken. No toilet paper in one room. No tissues in either. AC was not working properly in one room. The pictures you have online for this site are completely inaccurate. Not one picture was what was provided to us. The rooms looked lived in rather than pristinely clean as you'd expect a hotel room should. Only one fridge in one of the rooms. I'm just confused as to how this property can charge so much for nothing at all. Beds were hard. Floors were dirty. Blankets were just hospital blankets. My child was bitten by something overnight. Multiple times. I'm just completely and utterly disappointed I spent money on this place.

Will never stay here again

The website when booking said there was a pool and hot tub. BOTH WERE CLOSED and could not be used. I wanted to get a drink-there was not A SINGLE VENDING MACHINE, went to my floor, then addition floor, called the desk, after multiple calls, they finally answered the phone-NO VENDING MACHINES, Sorry. Only had one set of towels in the room, had to call (and wait) to get a second set. The main hallway for the third floor had a smell, according to my wife she said it smelled like pet urine. Not cleaned. The room was non smoking, yet there was a distinct tobacco smell. The breakfast selection was dismal at best. No coffee or tea. So I figured I’d get it in my room. No coffee pot or tea bags in the room either. No hair dryer in the bathroom either. Felt really gypt, had to provide CC to hold the room, even though I said “pay for room when I arrive”. So at that point I was out money. The bed was comfortable and I got a decent nights sleep, but the price I paid was not near the quality and amenities I was expecting.

Horrible overnight stay. Website painted a great picture.. none of it accurate.

Did not eat breakfast. Not a washcloth in the hotel… hotel smelled terrible. Ant traps in room. Very very loud. We could hear conversations and doors slamming all night. Had to call for bath towels, none in the room. All and all.. not a good experience . Weeds growing all around hotel.. poor landscaping and appearance

I did not like anything about the hotel. Beds were semi comfortable

phone didn’t work, cost of stay, ice maker empty, had to ask for towels 3times. keys didn’t work had to exchange 2xs. key didn’t work in door A. door B didn’t lock so anyone could go in the hotel. had to go down to front desk after shower (because phone didn’t work) no hair dryer in room. did not have room service not even empty trash can. and can’t discount stay because booked through booking.com. will not stay at a ramada or book through booking.com again

Don't Stay Here, this is not a Crowne Plaza it is an old, dirty Ramada.

Nothing positive here. This hotel is marketed as a Crowne Plaza, but is actually now a run-down Ramada more similar to a Motel 6. Extremely dirty and very poor service. The majority of the advertised facilities like the restaurant and Ballroom are closed off due to lack of maintenance yet they still charge for this hotel as if it were still at Crowne Plaza level. DON'T STAY HERE!

Check in took 25 minutes at 2:00 AM because their printer didn't work and they insisted that I had to sign the piece of paper. We asked for an upgrade and they refused even though the hotel was empty and they had us waiting their technical difficulties at well past midnight. Check out is at 11:00AM with ZERO EXCEPTIONS. Every hour past 11:00AM is an extra 20 Dollars. The hotel is very dirty with no regard for hygiene. Showers are rusted.

I booked online for the next day. I just so happened to call the property to ask a question and they informed me that they were not even accepting guests due to a safety violation that required the fire marshall to do an inspection on the facility. I asked if I was going to atleast get a refund and because I booked through a third party, they told me to ask them. The guy did ask if I wanted to book with an affiliated hotel that was close by and I said no and he proceeded to ask if I wanted to cancel my booking....of course. I wish it would have said something on the booking site, because I would have drove in town and got there under the impression that, this is where i am staying. Unacceptable. Now I am waiting to see if I am going to get a refund or not.

The room was nice and warm.

Smelled smoke, the trash was not emptied near the ice machine, the back door was not secured. Hallway was noisy, some people kept jerking on my door knob.

Won’t stay here again

Location. We came up for the Browns game and was in and out of traffic and back to the hotel within 20 minutes!

First off was charged to check in early despite having messages stating there was no charge at a certain time. When I called the woman was rude about it. The smell of marijuana in the stairway and hallway was overwhelming and ridiculous. The smell did not go into the room thank goodness. Room was decent, we thought. There is not mat or anything on the bathtub so we both almost slipped while getting out, being 6 months pregnant that would have been badly. We leave for the game and come back around 1230 almost 1 a.m. to a dresser top full of ants. we had a bag of popcorn sitting there that was closed. I had leftovers in the fridge that was frozen and inedible. We were in the room a total of 2 hours upon arrival then to sleep, we even left early to get back on the road. It was not worth what it was advertised and I’m generous enough to give 1 star for location. I have sent messages to the property and asked to speak to a manager and no response.
