High cost, unfairness to guests, by a dated hotel, made decision not to return, easy.

During my previous to last stay, breakfast was included in the booking. This last stay cost considerably more and breakfast was $40 per person extra. Staff was appropriately courteous and helpful. Liked the secure parking and entry and egress worked well.

Shower fixtures were antiquated and did not work well. Housekeeping skipped our room one day. The room rate was outrageous, over $200 per day. Full payment was required at booking, which for 7 days was over$1,400. No refund policy for cancellation. If cancellation was necessary, hotel would keep every cent of full payment required at booking. This policy is over the top and is abusive to guests. I did not have to cancel, so I was not victimized by the policy. Had I had to cancel, would have felt victimized. Aging hotels, with policies that potentially victimize guests, days are numbered.

Ok for short stay

Staff were very service oriented, facility was very clean, inside and out. AC was nice and cold, and easy to adjust. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. Distribution of lights in the room was appropriate. The cookie at check the in is always my favorite, and having the nut free option made our whole day! Although people were in the pool and in the hallways, we could not hear that in the room, which was nice. It was a very peaceful stay. We did not eat at the property, but noted they had a great selection.

After staying at other Hilton and Double Tree Hilton’s around the US, I’m surprised at how dated some things were. The beds were very uncomfortable in my opinion, as mattresses were old. We parked in the back, and were happy to pay. But they require you to scan in and out, but the back gate to the pool was not secure. Coming in late at night was worrisome. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I wish I had checked out the other Hilton as well so I know for next time.

Overall my stay was good.

I did not like breakfast buffet was NOT included in room cost. I did NOT like that I had to pay extra for parking on property. I did NOT like that my room was not cleaned after my 1st night.

Awesome my second stay this month. I frequently travel to New Orleans.

My room was 322 the tub drained slowly but everything was good.

Mostly OK, just not what you should expect from Hilton (expensive), even in New Orleans (Kenner).

Good location, friendly, helpful staff. Staff was overworked and needed some help.

Room not particularly clean. Random hair in the bathroom, grime in the corners on the floor. It was a rare cold weekend in NO, and the heater in our room did not work. It only blew cold air out of the unit. The sheets were very old and had no elastic in the corners. They were not deep enough for the mattress. Therefore, we had to re-make the bed constantly. The sheets kept creeping up and off.

I stayed for one night 2-24-2023 the staff was unprofessional & didn’t care except Ms.Champagne at the front desk & she was the youngest out the crew she was awesome. checked in at 2:40pm room dirty, hair in the bed and pillows with multiple stains, called to ask for clean linen to do it myself no one came. left came back at 6:33pm room untouched took management forever to come speak to me, attitude & body language was so unprofessional. room wasn’t cleaned til 8pm after 4 different attempts to correct the issue & asking for a refund. They have delectable cookies they give when checking in though

Good " bang for the buck" hotel stay. Great location!

The buffet breakfast was very good but needs a "non-pork" meat option like turkey bacon or sausage.

Tub and shower components are worn. Functional but not very good looking.

Free airport shuttle. Generally clean.

I was disappointed and also annoyed: According to booking.com breakfast is included, but when I asked at the front desk, breakfast was apparently not included. I will not book this again.

Disappointing

The area was great. I was happy to know that Kenner seems like a nice and peaceful area. The atmosphere and restaurants were incredible.

I wasn't too keen on the room. While it was nice I wasn't expecting the floors to be wood. Looking from the pictures on the website I expected the floors to be carpet. Also there were signs of sweet ants in the room, on the window seal, some on the floor, and I remember seeing 2 on the bed. While I did look past it. It still wasn't making me as excited as I wanted to be.
