Location is easy walking distance to lifts and old downtown. Continental breakfast was a nice touch with cozy atmosphere.

The front staff not friendly at all. yhe couple not friendly at all the time I called the front desk in my room nobody ever answered. so I finally called from my cell and of course they answered . every time I had a question they acted annoyed. when I left they didn’t even say that thank you for saying nothing.

Location was perfect, short walk to lifts. The buses don't run as often as I would like when getting into the town, but we did get lucky and caught a ride when needed......but would have had a long wait if we were 15 seconds later.
The snow could have been better, but that's not the hotels' fault!

I love the old-fashioned charm, and the fireplace. Location can't be beat, just walk out the door almost right onto the ski lift. And the prices were excellent considering the location.
Breakfast was all carbs and sugar, not an ounce of protein. Not the best fuel for a day on the slopes. Maybe some hard-boiled eggs or even a cheese plate would help for those of us that don't like sugar in the morning.

Great location and value with a simple, but tasty breakfast. The space is clean and rooms are tidied daily - a service some of the big brands have abandoned. It's very relaxed with rules to
The walls are thin! Generally it is not a problem because this place houses committed skiers that book early - and most of them go to bed early and wake up early to get on the mountain.

Breakfast was fine--cereal/toast/pbj/muffins/mini donuts....enough to fortify yourself...
The room was cold but the mini heater provided worked great after an hour or two. With an extra blanket it was all fine.

Great breakfast. And you can walk to the lifts.
Hot tube would be great. And you can't control your room temperature. It's always hot, so we had to open the window.

location to ski lifts and town
Breakfast food was not very exciting and eating cereal with a teaspoon instead of a dessert spoon was not good. We are not used to the heating and found it too hot in the rooms.

Walls are a bit thin.

If you want to just walk to the chairlift but don’t want to spend huge amounts of money, then this is the place. The room is cozy and clean, and had everything we needed.
Nothing to complain

Location is superb. There is a big park in front of the property, where kids can go sledding and playing while parents stay in the room and watch through the window. Very personable service. Call and get the best pricing.
Although extremely well kept up, the building itself is old with thin walls and floors. Light sleepers may be waken up by people walking through the hallway upstairs.

Great location, close to bus stop and a walk to town.
No mini fridge or microwave. Also no A/C or heat controls in unit.
