Location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free coffee and breakfast food at the front desk.
The beach bar is open to the public. There is not enough parking, and they have valet people parking non hotel guests in parking spots that are for hotel guests. You cannot eat at the patio area anymore. You have to go down to the beach.
Facility is only worried about the beach bar and not hotel guests in my opinion. You cannot relax outside because of the constant flow of people that are going to the bar. This is not a private setting anymore and a very small facility to begin with. Parking is just what you can find available.

Their staff is really friendly and always there to help
The bathroom was totally different from the pictures we saw on booking.com

Room 114
Ok so here is my rundown the hotel and the property is very nice. Clean decorated nicely. However, we stayed in room 114. The television was not hooked up no cable plugged in so basically no TV we paid $200 a night and no Tv! We also wanted to spend time sitting and looking at the Ocean after a long day at a memorial for a good friend but unfortunately we were continually harassed by the restaurant staff….Do you need a drink? Do you want food? You can’t sit out here unless you order some thing. Very disheartening we booked a beach hotel so we could sit and look at the beach but instead the restaurant staff continue to over sell and bombard us. The music was blaring so loud you could not even hear the ocean or have a conversation. The parking is a challenge at this hotel we have been here before in the past but with the added restaurant chaos. It just made it practically impossible to get a spot seemed more like a spring break hotel, then a quaint, classy hotel that we visited last year. Extremely disappointed, hoping that you will get back to the quiet, relaxing, classy hotel that you were a year ago and have a discussion with the restaurant staff to stop harassing the hotel guest.

The food was excellent, loved the tiki. Staff was great!
The only thing I didn't love about Bleu Beach was the too warm pool. But, it was very hot outside.

The location of this little motel is spectacular. Right on the beach near the center of town and nestled within all of the conveniences of the area. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating and they seem to have a personal interest in this quaint resort. This is an attitude that you will never find at the giant corporate hotels on the beach. Bleu Beach also offered the amenities that those ugly high rise beachside hotels. There is a beautiful deck with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and in the morning dolphins can be seen playing in the wake. That deck also encompasses a bar with friendly staff and cold well-made drinks. Food is also available on the deck amazingly prepared by a very friendly and talented staff chef. As if that wasn't enough between the deck and your newly remodeled, thoroughly cleaned room, is a swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation and beautifully designed. A sturdy roof over the deck and plenty of table umbrellas offer shade from the intense Florida sun.
Some things are outside of the control of an establishment and some of those things happened during my stay that we're quickly remedied By the amazing staff. When I first arrived there was some construction next door to the resort. It wasn't too bothersome and by the time I left it looked much more closer to being completed. On my first morning I woke up to some banging outside of my room, and when I investigated the beautiful bar and dining area along with the deck were taped off and unavailable because of the resort's own construction. The entire area was having pavers removed and replaced and the resort was making some improvements that they had not been previously notified about the timeline. After a short walk into the office the management at the resort made a very acceptable offer to accommodate me and I was very pleased with the service that I received in the office, and by the staff, and by everyone at this little oasis at the beach. Unexpected problems arise, and the resort stepped up to accommodate. What more could I ask for? Would I have gotten the same service from one of the major chain hotels down the beach. I know for a fact that I wouldn't because I've had those problems at those places and there was very little that they said they could do.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.
Only issue was the bed. We are used to our adjustable one and couldn’t get comfortable enough.

We had a wonderful time! The Bleu Beach is a new favorite.
We are short and the bathroom mirror was hung too high.

Beautiful beach location.
So busy. We were there on a weekend so had we been there during the week the experience may have been different. They had a cute bar and restaurant but you couldn't get near it. We waited a crazy amount of time in the hopes of securing a table or even a place at the bar but then gave up. I'm talking hours not minutes. We ended up getting in our car and driving somewhere which wasn't really the relaxed beach weekend we had planned.

We really liked staying here. We all liked the location. We did enjoy the outdoor bar and really liked the one man bands that played. Also, liked how easy it was to get to the beach.

Our favorite thing about this little gem is the location…..it is right on the beach!! We loved the Beach Bar, the food and the service we received
The rooms are a bit small, but were good enough for the amount of time we spent in there.

The hotel was simple but comfortable with a parking space directly at every room. There was a lovely pool and a fantastic bar/restaurant right on the beach with food and drinks that were exceptional! The freshest and best oysters we’ve ever eaten and wonderful bbq’d shrimp which actually wasn’t on the menu but they give you one shrimp to go with your Bloody Mary and it was so good we asked if we could order a portion and the lovely barman happily accommodated! The location is just wonderful- right on the beach and the beach is gorgeous.
The check out was strict on timing with no flexibility and we couldn’t get beach towels as we handed them in the night before then were told we can’t have some on the day of check out as they wouldn’t have a chance to clean them for new guests. Seems a bit silly surely they could have a few extra towels. But it’s a small hotel so I think they struggle to be flexible. The breakfast also wasn’t great and a very small area with only 2 tables. I think normally would be fine as you could probably take your food to the bar area and sit by the sae but it was too cold the mornings we were there.
