Kein Frühstück, Zimmer war Richtung Straße und eher laut.

Die Küchenausstattung ist 70er Jahre Standard ! Wäre in Europa unmöglich …

Very happy all

Friendly staff, kitchen came stocked with pots , pants , cups , bowls , silverware , dish soap , scrubber lots of unexpected money and errand saving little things ya need . East walk next door for food and snacks to bring back, lots of markets and restaurants walking it quick drive distance . AC in room , parking was great and easy to find. Can’t beat this place for the price we saved a lot of money and didn’t feel as if we went without anything .

Pool was small and shaded from sun , no bathroom at pool or shower.

Regretting booking there. Felt like I was scammed. Spent so much money and it was a complete dump. I wish I could get

Nothing. It was filthy.

The room was in poor condition. Staff not friendly. Carpets, chairs, shower filthy. Bedroom sliding closet doors didn’t open. It was stuck. Huge chip portions on toilet tank. Shower curtain rods nearly coming out of walls. Cracks all over the shower. Large 3 feet long crack on bathroom counter filled with putty. Light switches visibly dirty. Kitchen shelves with 10 + year old shelf liners. Kitchen gap in cabinetry that was possibly missing a pull out cutting board. The list goes on.

It served its purpose. I wish they would upgrade it and make it a little more appealing

when we arrived the room was ready for us and the transaction went very smoothly.

The room was not clean. There was rubbish from previous guests. One of the beds was so worn out that there was a dip in the mattress and very very uncomfortable.

It was fine.

Its location next to the shopping center and the beach was great. Also, it's relatively close to the airport. The plumeria trees and orchids growing on site were nice too. Lots of mirrors in the room. Tranquil balcony was a plus.

Kitchen had basic pots/pans, utensils, cups/plates, but no kettle and no salt/pepper shakers. I was able to boil water in a small pot for my tea. So, it was not that big of an issue. However, Our building was one of the farthest ones from the concierge/front desk. It would've been nice if they had designed the place so the concierge office is more central and people don't have to walk 10 minutes to talk face-to-face with the staff. On the morning after our first night there, I visited the front desk to request some additional items (extra shampoo and coffee) for us to use the next day because they only had a tiny bottle of shampoo in the bathroom and two packets of coffee (1 regular, 1 decaf) for our 3 nights in town. The concierge didn't have access to the accoutrements/storage room when I visited them at 7am, so I was told that housekeeping will bring them to my room later. But, after a day, nobody had brought things over. So the following morning, I called them to re-request the items, and they said they'll send someone over, who never showed up (no surprise). So at the end of my third day, I walked back to the concierge. The staff there had access to the storage room, and handed me my requested items. Also, my key card stopped working on the 3rd day, so I had to walk over to the concierge again for them to issue a new set -_-... Also, the concierge was nice enough to research and provide about 3 different local taxi services, but they either didn't pick up, or weren't available, or didn't serve the area around the hotel... so we ended up using Uber/Lyft instead of supporting local businesses. Definitely plan ahead when you think you need a taxi. Finally, the amount that I was charged upon arrival did not match the amount that was posted when I reserved the place on this site.

close to hukulai lanai restaurant and shops

it was dated. old, paint peeling on shower and hot tub. pool was freezing. it was not worth the price we paid. room wasn’t available until 6 pm.

My Family's Stay

There was shopping close by and the beach was across the parking lot. The staff was very nice and efficient and the property was very quiet.

The rugs needed to be shampooed and the closet and cabinet doors didn't close all the way.

Near the airport and grocery stores. Good for 6 people. Very spacious!

I wasn't expecting an apartment (opposed to hotel room), it was great. Plus the smart TV was nice!

The exhaust fan in shower area didn't work & fridge ran loudly. Otherwise super cute & comfy place!

Need to have all rooms the same and updated!

I liked that it was close to the shops and places to eat in walking distance.

All the rooms are individually owned which means they are all different. It’s a toss up if you will get a nice room or not. Our room didn’t even have a shower curtain! Blinds were missing and some lamps wouldn’t turn on. Room was dirty and needed an update. Won’t be returning unless all rooms were remodeled!

great stay, but please fix the hot tubs it is a safety issue!

location of the property was great for exploring. nice to have a full kitchen so didn’t have to eat every meal out.

the hot tub was not usable. one was extremely hot and both would burn your eyes if you turned the bubbles on from the high amount of chlorine. this is a known issue as the full residents of the facilities told us. this isn’t acceptable and is a safety issue.
