Perfect!

Room was ready early. Shuttle service to the track. Clean, Comfortable and a nice pool. Hit breakfast the next morning and a delightful stay.

Great place, great staff!

The location was fantastic for my needs. Super close to SPAC so catching a ride back from there was very easy. Loved that they run a shuttle for several hours in the evening to take you where you need to go (within reason! I think it was 5 miles maybe) The pool was lovely, just a nice little pool with a nice patio area including tables/chairs/umbrellas or sun loungers if that's your thing. Every single staff I encountered was super friendly - even when short staffed the day I checked in. I had booked a suite and it was very spacious and included flatware and dishes which I did not expect and was an extremely welcome surprise. Back to how they were short staffed though- I checked in on 8/25/23 and it was all hands on deck. The GM was even helping out with housekeeping to get rooms cleaned and ready for guests. Our wait to check in was a little longer than expected, but not outlandish by any means. The staff seemed to all be pitching in where they could to get all guests in and settled as quickly and smoothly as possible. That was the only dark mark on our stay and it was really just a tiny smudge! Will definitely stay again and can't wait to experience the finished product. Oh yeah, they're mid renovation but none of that did anything to hinder my stay at all. For the meantime until it's finished though, just be aware that you might be dealing with paint and/or new carpet smell. Fine by me, but some people might be sensitive to that while those smells all dissipate.

No ice machine in the second building. We had to get ice from the main building but it really wasn't far.

The sheets had blood on them we didn’t want to move so we slept on top of them

Location

I didn’t know they were renovating and our room had a few problems. Toilet didn’t fill right away, furniture was sparse for a big room, light cover was missing in the bathroom, closet light was out. They were working right next to our room so we felt like we were in a work zone.

Would never stay here again or recommend. The decor was hideous.

The staff was lovely. Free breakfast was good. Very clean.

Recently renovated and the rooms are drab. Nothing inviting with hideous color scheme.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Very convenient location (noisy though if the suit faces the highway).

Poor choice for breakfast. Plastic utensils. Small garbage cans in the suite. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - only for single person while there were two people in the suit. The suit was highly overpriced.

Great place to stay. Will be back!

Breakfast is great! A couple of minutes from downtown. Room very clean and comfortable, pool. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even though they had some work being done, it was no issue at all! Highly recommend!

Great location! Staff was very friendly

It would have been nice to know before arriving that the hotel was under construction. It has potential however, our cable was not working, construction all throughout. The location of our room was awful, it was right next to the back entrance and the door opening and slamming throughout the early morning was unreal. I do not feel that they should be charging full price stay during such a heavy construction period.

Disappointing that my accommodation wasn't honored. Clean and decent room, just not the one I booked

Good location close to all major destinations.

The room I booked with one king bed was not ready at the time of our check-in. We were given a different room a couple of doors down which had two full beds instead. Not at all what I paid for. The hotel was also under major renovation although that didn't interfere with our stay.

Great location near the Saratoga park complex. Hotel was under renovations but the new rooms are very well designed.

Under renovation comments - The new shower doors were defective and are being replaced. Water leaks onto floors. The common areas were still being renovated. Given location, food could be much more interesting and healthy. Pillow options needed!

We did not know hotel is under construction since it changed the ownership. Main lobby was converted into a construction storage. Hallway carpet was dusty, and parts of our room were dusty as well. It would have been nice to know that before booking the room.
