La receptionist ha è stata estremamente cortese, ha reso il ns soggiorno molto piacevole

Colazione buona, non eccezionale, ma c’era tutto ciò che serviva

La sala in cui abbiamo fatto colazione era un po’ angusta, niente bacon e le uova erano cucinate già da un po’ , quindi non proprio appetitose

I would never stay in a best western again.

The breakfast was very good and the room the breakfast was it was spotless

The a/c didn’t work in the hallway and it smelled awful, the whole hotel smelled like curry. The front desk girl was very rude. There was a dog barking non-stop in the room across the hall and I called to express my concern and she was so rude and hung up on me.

It worked as a place to rest the night and get a start the next morning.

Beyond the cereal, wrapped pastries, and make-your-waffle, the breakfast included eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. As well as coffee and juices.

The bug crawling on the bed and the staff was flat.

Do not recommend to anyone.

Bed to sleep after long tiring drive. Front desk lady was nice.

Old property. Not clean. Was smelling bad in hallway. Loud music playing from car outside at 11pm.

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay. Pool was nice, my kids loved it. The lounge next door was convenient if you enjoy drinks.

Because it’s beside the lounge the lobby smells of smoke. Also , didn’t like that I had to put an additional 100 down for a deposit and not being told before and just finding out about the deposit at check in. Very inconvenient when trying to budget the vacation.

Good overnight stay overall

Lovely large pool in central courtyard Great breakfast which member of staff worked hard at to keep tables clean and supplies restocked Easy access to I 75 Friendly staff

Stale smoke smell in lobby which is offsetting when arriving at a motel and also smoke smell in corridors which were dingy Room also dark with smell - could have been something used to mask stale cigarette smoke

Prices well, staff courteous. Linens clean, room pretty clean, pillows comfortable, bed fairly comfortable. Breakfast ready and hot, decent for hotel breakfast. Breakfast staff very kind and helpful. Good for just 1 night traveling through.

Lobby smelled of smoke, lounge next door, so to be expected.

A very enjoyable stay at the Riverside Inn - thank you.

The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. All of the staff, reception, cleaning, breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was sufficient with hot and cold options, cereal, fruit juices, yogurts, pastries, fruit and coffee. The hotel also has a fitness room which was good and a swimming pool area which was very nice and tidy. The hotel also provided a washing machine and dryer which was very good value. There was a bar attached to the hotel (which I didn't use). Within walking distance of the hotel there was a couple of restaurants for evening meals etc.

The hotel is about 3 miles from downtown Macon. if you don't have access to a car. I was travelling from the Uk and didn't then the only option available to get downtown was UBER - 9 dollars.

I would stay again, just bring my own wash cloth

there was enough parking space for my truck and trailer. The room was decent and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

The wash cloth was covered in hair. Like someone had just shaved over them or something it was odd to say the least. There isn’t any food within walking distance. so if you have a truck and trailer or rv, you would need to order food for delivery and the delivery will come to the front of the building.

Superb

I appreciated the location right off the highway. Some restaurants and stores near-by. Not far from Downtown Macon a new up and coming area. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and my pup was welcome.

The property is older and it shows. The pool was shut down and not sure if that was permanent or temporary.

The location of the hotel suited us as we were passing through on our way to Tennessee

Breakfast was chaotic, there were no seats available first time we tried, on second attempt there was no hot food available.
