Great staff just needs some up keep

The man up front was the nicest

It had trash everywhere and the elevator was broken.

It smelled terrible the maintenance was bullshit I'll never stay here again the first room they put me 320 the air conditioner didn't work nor the TV the second room was 306 the commode was stocked up the shower water ran slow and it had a bad smell

I asked for refund I didn't even stay 30 mins

The windows were open in the room bugs flying around and stank no ac in the room . The elevator was broken and he wouldn't take my booking I booked

It was ok, would not stay again unless it was a must.

Room was clean, no bugs.

Room had a bad smell, only 2 towels in the room, they did not change them out over the weekend. Room Phone did not work. Pool was not open (this was the main reason I booked here since I had my children) cleaning lady tried to come in our room before check out time and looked at me like I was crazy and didn't apologize. I had to explain to her checkout time was not until 11 and I was packing my things, this was at 10:24am

The rooms was clean the front desk guy was really nice

People were very loud couldn’t get no good sleep .. they were knocking at our door which they had wrong room .. we didn’t have a chair in the room and had to go to front desk to get a remote for the tv .. people hanging out outside

Had high hopes, but they were disappointed.

Location was great for the stay.

Check in was ok, but there was no remote for the television and it took about an hour to get one. The room was small with not much room to move around. The floor wasn't swept properly and there was paper wrap on the floor. The bed was made, but when checking for bedbugs I was shaking the pillows, and a baby critter fell on the sheet. The desk had a lamp taking up space where you would hang clothes that needed hanging. The room above me had people banging on the floor for several hours of the stay.

They stay wasn’t bad, like I said the customer service was pretty good. The room was fairly clean, I didn’t like the bat

it was decent for the price & area but other than that I probably wouldn’t go back. The Customer service was pretty good though so that’s a plus.

there were some cigarette holes in the chair & the inside was pretty dated/ old looking but other than that nothing to bad. Not a hotel I’m looking to goto just something last minute I would use.
