Room has mold. Hair was on bed and between sheets once I pulled the cover back. Phone was dirty. Curtains were dirty. Lamp was dirty. I left within 5 minutes

Not the best Comfort Inn.

Did not have breakfast at hotel. Met our son for breakfast.

The location of the room was next to the interstate 85 highway. The traffic noise in the room affected our sleep. The tissues were too flimsy. I had to use two folded to avoid tearing during use. The toilet paper was so thin that it tore while using causing discomfort. The air conditioner was noisy.

did already but it wasn’t short

nothing they canceled my room without contacting me and they said it was cause my card on file didn’t go thru but I wasn’t there for them to run it and I always lock my card until I make the purchase so I’ll never book with them again. Cause of them they had to call the other hotel with was a nasty hotel behind them and I told that man I didn’t like those ppl but I had no choice cause I booked the previous room that they canceled and I was about to be late for a party. I had to rush to changed and ended up getting to my own party just in time but I didn’t like how things was handled and they will never get my business again

Superb

Location convenient to hwy. Size of the room and overall cleanliness was good.

I don't like carpeted floors because they hold so much dirt and germs. Noise from traffic on the hwy.

Aside from my comments, it was a good stay.

Staff very friendly. However, when we arrived the air conditioning didn't work, second day phone didn't work and the ironing board was broken. Everything was promptly fixed, but these things shouldn't have happened. We usually spend one night in a hotel. Three nights this time and we weren't told there was only housekeeping on request. No notice at registration desk or in the room,

Convenient to several places. Staff was friendly.

Water was cold for showers. Not just our room. Hotel was not very clean. Several updates need to be made. Shower head was almost completely off the wall. Hotel reeked of marijuana smell.

Poor

The pool was freezing inside and out. The pool doors that went to outside were messed up and wouldn't close. I went to Fri t desk fu e times asking them to do something. Fix the doors, put heat In there heat the pool. But nothing was done. My pillows were stained up. When I was stripping the bed I seen blood spot on pillows plus stains. The roll away bed was covered in stains and had a mold spot. The morning of the 26th went to get breakfast at 7 30 am and there were not enough sausage and other food for everyone. No help to be found.

Pleasant stay room just needs a little TLC but overall I’m pleased with stay.

Location was great. Many stores and restaurants(fast foods) in the area. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast was definitely good for my kids (you can make your own waffles on the waffle maker).

The room needed to be checked and cleaned better. someone left goggles, the vent and lock in bathroom door did not work. The closet doors needs to be cleaned.
