I would stay there again when coming for another baseball tournament or business stay.

The rooms were clean and a good size. The contental breakfast was fine. The lady that checked us in was wonderful and very helpful. The pool area was clean and refreshing on the 110 degree day. Kitchenette was a nice touch in our rooms.

The AC unit in my room was very loud and had to be turned off at night. It also produced a very musty, wet smell but not so bad that it was unbearable. The bathroom was a bit outdated but was very loud when other people in the hotel were using theirs.

The maid did not clean the previous tenants food or wine off of the tv console or the little table. only one chair to sit on but there was two of us who stayed there.

Overall an enjoyable stay

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had multiple baseball families stay at this hotel ages 7-11yrs old and the staff was very nice and patient during our stay.

Check in was easy, very nice lady. They have 24 hour snacks. Room is spacious. The hotel is close to the freeway if you are traveling through.

No eating places are within safe walking distance at night. Although the room size is great, you hear the freeway noise. The elevator is scary slow. The maids woke me up twice before 9AM for no reason. In my opinion, $15 over priced per night.

Well-priced traveller hotel. Easy location off motorway. Meticulously clean. Room tidy. lovely staff. We skipped the complimentary breakfast and went down the road to Huckleberry’s for brunch which was delicious!

Road noise present but for price, not a big concern.

The hotel too close to Hiway. Too much traffic noise. The hair dryer didn't work. The safety box in the room didn't work. I felt the area is not safe.

Very quiet and restful stay.

Not much for breakfast pancakes and 2 cereals don’t like. I don’t care for pancakes. Was 1 little yogurt left.

Just breakfast everything else was okayed

Do not believe your written booking arrangements completely...

They gave me a full refund and allowed me to cancel.

They waited until I arrived to tell me that they had a policy limiting number of nights stays. I had to rush to hope to find a site to meet my needs. The management had my contact information but made NO effort to contact me in advance. This was not very professional.

lady up front during our stay was amazing. room was perfect for what we needed. fare from stuff but easy to get on and off freeway

My stay was satisfactory and I'll look forward to staying at Microtel in the future.

As a business traveler, the room was to my liking. I requested a room toward the rear of the complex on the upper floor and was pleased the hotel honored my request. For this hotel, rooms in the 320-321 numbers were quiet away from freeway noise.

The Internet was not working nor was the hard-line telephone. To reach the front desk, I called via my cellphone. Not a game stopper though.

The location along with the staff made a respectable first impression. No trouble to stay there again in the future.

The location was convenient for my family. I got picked up with ease

Front desk worker Kendra made the experience great, also maintenance lady was super Polite.

We enjoyed the stay , room was clean and comfortable. Also front desk worker Kendra was super Friendly,Nice,Polite and very Courteous with us when checking in and checking out of our room. She made us feel very welcomed. All in all we had a great experience on our visit. We are looking forward to staying there again for any future travels. =)
