I was surprised there was not a continental breakfast which I used to find customary. The breakfast which I had to pay for was not very good.
I was extremely disappointed with the availability and security of the internet, the internet for hotel guest was mostly down all week, secondly the internet was open, no password required. They said a password was required but I was not prompted for a password. There was absolutely no internet available for approximately 2 days in the middle of the week. Traveling for business this was extremely disruptive. I left a message for manager and received no response.

Cool property. Lots to do and a good crowd of people hanging out in the lobby.
The light switches are connected - can’t use the bathroom light without turning on the lights in the bedroom area! Breakfast is not available before 7am on weekends - we had to leave before that time for an appointment.

Convenient to my sisters house
My room was never serviced the entire time I was there. I had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper, my trash cans were overflowing.

Very sad that your bartender on Wednesday 8/16, couldn’t make a simple drnk. he was a heavy weight gentleman and he told us there was nowhere else to go to get appetizers while we had a good choice across the street when we did order the appetizers on 816 they came out cold, and it took about almost an hour. I am very disappointed, and will never ever stay there again.
Look up love I rode in the like button what I liked, but everything was dislike, except some of the team members that you have there. For all the money you charge us our room was not made up. We had to pay for breakfast. This is ridiculous again we will never stay there again, and will let our other friends that have kids at the U of a.

I selected this place for a visit to UofA campus. It was a great decision! Very clean, comfortable and convenient option.
The room prices are already quote high and they definitely should stop charging for the parking. I ended up parking on the next street which was unnecessary.

I like the set up of the whole hotel. The atmosphere I loved to from there. They also had restaurants close by.
What I thought could have been better was if I was brought clean towels while I stayed there

The hotel was in a good location; it's very central and was close to my business in town. It's modern and clean and my king room was small, but very comfortable. There was plenty of space in the bathroom for fixing hair and putting on makeup. It had very nice views from the large windows. My room was facing south and there were distant mountain views and a row of charming Spanish bungalows in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood out the window. It felt like I was in Tucson. The staff was very friendly and was always smiling and helpful. In the lobby, they had a selection of pre-made food and snacks, and there's also a bagel shop in short walking distance around the corner. I didn't drink on this trip but they do have a bar downstairs. It was also the first hotel I've ever stayed in Tucson with covered parking so that was a plus (extra $10/day for parking). They also have a pool which looked nice but I didn't utilize. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.
My main dislike was that they don't have a guide on the TV. They do have a printed list of channels next to the bed, but no onscreen-guide to show you what is playing on those channels or at what time. I called the front desk and they said their cable service was for Smart TV's only, but they are still in the process of getting new TV's so the guides don't work. Also, the room was small which was fine for me on my own but I think it could be too small if I were traveling with my husband. The closet was especially small with only five hangers, and there were no dresser drawers at all which I thought was unusual. I have to travel to Tucson again at the end of the month on my own for only two nights so I might stay here again. However, if I was staying longer and/or with my husband, it could be a little small. However, I did really like how nice the staff was, the modern decor, and the central location.

Located next to Miss Saigon - definitely try it. There are a myriad of food options around the property as well.
There was a water stain and leak right next to the entrance of the room.
