Super Lage, sehr ruhig. Alle waren sehr freundlich und und zuvorkommend. Sehr großzügiges Frühstück, frische Kekse zwischendurch. Zur Befrüssung einen Guten Wein. Was will man mehr

Staff was so welcoming and lovely
We felt like our age group wasn’t welcomed very well. It is definitely a property for more of an older crowd

People and service could not be better. Everyone was very helpful, and the food was very good.
The pool as a big disappointment. My wife likes to swim, and she even had me bring my bathing suit. But the pool as very dirty with brown and green growing in the pool, we were both afraid to enter the pool. We were able to sit by the pool, but it was not even pleasant looking at the pool. Please clean up the pool and make it so guests can use it.

Generally, the inn was more or less clean and nicely maintained and cute. The bathrooms were remodeled, and we like the treats and nespresso that were available throughout the day.
For the price we paid, the bedroom itself was outdated, the onsite staff was not very attentive, and there were several areas that needed to be cleaned better. For example, all toiletries were in refillable dispensers, and the lotion dispenser was dirty, and it looked unhygienic to use it at all. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The tub itself is a nice touch, but it is very old. The staff during the breakfast was not very welcoming, ignoring us first. When I asked for espresso, I was told to go to the hallway to get it. The breakfast was served as different courses. They served in random order of arrival, forgot to offer other drinks to us, and also served the dishes without any explanations, not asking for any potential allergies or offering other options. This was very disappointing, especially after reading the great reviews. We slept poorly in the outdated bed and also the cast options to the TV that was not working since the TV was not in the network. The towels at the pool look very outdated and dirty and could be replaced. All of this doesn't meet the expectations that we had based on the reviews and the rate we paid. We would not recommend this inn for a relaxing couples getaway.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Excellent quality sheets. Breakfast was really wonderful.
The gardens were a little neglected. When we first arrived, there were dead plants in the hanging baskets in the front. There are weeds in the flower beds.

This is a house from the 1920s. It invokes good energy and valuable history and it is so beautiful outside.
In such a paradise we never imagined that we would have a terrible night because the walls do not insulate at all and someone (it might as well have been downstairs) was snoring so loudly that we and our neighbors (who we could hear laughing through the walls) could not rest. Note: It begun at eight o'clock in the evening. You can't do anything to stop a person from snoring but he felt like he was in our room.. that's too much.
The spring mattress should be changed:some springs were pressing against the back and bothering. Two pillows both the same thickness and very very very high. Morning after: huge neck ache. The bathroom room smelled a little musty.

Bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality; large spacious room
Bathroom didn’t have any privacy and glass doors brought light into room at night making it tough to sleep; shower/bath were dangerous to get in and out of because of step

A small hidden paradise in Napa, beautiful building, very nice garden with pool, fantastic staff and great breakfast. Good access to Napa center by Uber or even by a nice stroll (we had a lovely night stroll back from our restaurant downtown Napa, took 30 min).

romantic- historic- charming- old growth trees- quiet residential neighborhood- kind and welcoming staff (Eliseo) delicious breakfast served with vintage music (think Sophia Loren in 1960’s), wine reception at check in, cheese and fruit plates in fridge, great coffee and Nespresso in rooms
Property needs some improvements:
rear patio exterior needs replacing, pool needs cleaning and replastering, the king bed candlelight suite needs new mattress/ way too soft mattress😖 shower could use remodeling in the A frame shape room

Breakfast was fantastic-
Very quiet peaceful residential neighborhood-
Enjoyed complimentary wine each evening…..although did have to request vs other lodging facilities that set up designated wine/cheese
area.
Large soaking tubs appear to be in bedrooms-
Non functional for our style of leisure travel.

the property was so inviting and pretty. They had a Christmas tree up and it was such a warm inviting room. Although out room was one of the smaller options it was actually quite nice and had enough room for us as a couple. The shower had good water pressure and the products were of nice quality.
Our bed in the lower champagne room was not super supportive. The linens were soft and the pillows were good quality.

The staff - all of them that we encountered - were extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating.
I booked a discounted room. It was an attic room, small, the bathroom was across the landing and not heated. The heater in the room was broken and there was a space heater that really wasn't adequate. It had a queen bed, and I asked if we could be moved to a room with a king. The young woman on duty had to contact her manager and that took quite awhile, so we went on to dinner. When we got back, we were escorted to our new room, across the hall. It had not been cleaned and the bed was not made up. So, they gave us a room downstairs for a small upgrade price. It had a king, was a very large room with a fireplace and very comfortable, including the bed, which is key. It is an old estate home, turned inn. The rooms are kind of dark, even when all window shades are open.
The property seems a little tired and in need of a freshening update. The breakfast was very good and held in a nice bright eating area. Again, the staff there were very nice.

Staff at breakfast were pleasant and helpful
Arrived and they had no evidence of our reservation- booked and fully paid for over 3 months in advance . Made us wait 45 mins before they were able to work it out then tried to blame us ! I was billed twice once previously and then again when we checked in - did not disclose this to us . I checked my card and found this and had to speak to the manager in the am to correct this .
Room was substandard . Shower did not drain and had to stand in a pool of water ankle deep to complete having a shower ! How could they not know this if shower was cleaned prior to our arrival . Turned tap in tub on but water was brown ! Bathrobes provided had makeup stains on them !

location, breakfast staff was attentive and friendly , jacuzzi in room worked
Pool needs updating, amenities missing from room, when I inquired about it I was told ‘thats too bad, I’ll make a note of it’. Items in coffee / cookie station not being replenished at all. garbages throughout building were full. I had items stolen from the community fridge. evening/ night time staff not attentive. feels like you’re pretty much on your own.
