the bed was the problem. It is so high I couldn't get on it. I tried to use my suitcase but after I unpacked it was too soft. I called the front desk to ask if they had a step or something I could use for a step; he laughed and said no one had ever asked for one and he didn't have one I asked if he would look for something he laughed again and said sure. That was the end of that. the bed is so high that if someone fell out of it they would break a hip!

The bed is lower or a step available.I had to get up during the night and then struggle to get back on the bed.

Great place, location and breakfast

Very clean, new feel, hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, etc.

Bed springs sounded like an echo of someone down below---not horrible

Our stay was barely acceptable. The rooms themselves are OK but the staff has a bad attitude.

The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. When I asked them to give me some clean sheets for our beds, they did so promptly without complaint.

First of all, I have never had a hotel require a $100 cash deposit. The beds had hair on them. When I asked an older man at the front desk for extra towels for the pool, he gave me a hard time about it. He actually asked me to return my dirty towels when we were finished with them! The pool was nasty. Also, I thought my family did a good job of cleaning up the room when we were ready for checkout. When I went to return my keys and get my deposit back, the cleaning crew actually asked my children to take the things that were left in the fridge. I feel like the staff are actually hateful and bitter. I understand that anymore, people can be trashy; however, the way that we were treated during our stay was very poor. I have NEVER had an experience like this before!

Fine for a quick stop to sleep. Just bring Lysol to spray the room down

Bed was soft and comfortable

Rooms are not very clean, outdated and paint on the floor. Breakfast was horrible

rude night shift clerk, smell of cigarettes that was obviously attempted to be covered by air fresheners, hard bed, $100 deposit no one was made aware of, small bathrooms

I liked the motel , it wasn't far from places we wanted to go stuff; like the Southern Belle Riverboat, and Tennessee Valley Train.

The TV wasn't set up right, even though they did get associate to come fix it. The knob on shower look like was loose, we were able still take showers.

What made me stay there was the price but once I got inside I was very disappointed

I killed many little German roaches most with egg sacks during my one-night stay actually left the roaches in the bathtub for the staff to see and reported it to the front desk

My room was completely remodel. Everything new and fresh. Maybe not everyone room was ready yet because the motel was open under remodeling. I was lucky that my room was perfectly.

The room smelled funny, and the AC unit smelled bad, too. The toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it. I love a rocking chair, but a rocking toilet?

Was clean and comfortable.

They was doing renovations right next to us and with a small child trying to take naps was difficult with banging of hammers right next to the room. I understand they need to do upgrades but I wouldn't figure they would be doing them on the weekend. Or they could have at least not put people in that area of the hotel.

We stayed here for one night. If you are looking for something to just rest this is the place.

The indoor pool was great for the kids to get out some energy before bed.

The top blankets on the beds had stains on them.

the older white gentleman was very kind and helpful and for the cheap price our room was very clean and neat

the room we was in was very clean.

Breakfast was good. Liked not having carpet in the room.

Pool was not heated and cool in the pool room. The heat did not work in room we stayed in, only the air. It would be nice to have a chair to set in only two beds.
