Very uncomfortable. Beds were terrible and toilet too close to sink counter.

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT ! WE ENJOYED OUR THREE DAY STAY

Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed at an excellent price. As for the wonderful staff, Amanda and Claryse were s peach and a half apiece.

I enjoyed how the property was pet friendly and the free coffee. The staff was pretty nice and accommodating. The room was fairly clean and the AC worked.
The website advertised a working elevator which it was not working and appeared to never have worked. The robotic massaging center was one cheap massage chair in the lobby. I purchased a King bed room and received a double queen. Very hot lobby and hallways. The room didn’t lock and had to get new keys made. Cigarette burns in blanket. Nothing about this motel was “sparkling clean”

Close proximity to eatery's
I didn't like the false advertisement of a massage room. It's only 1 chair in the lobby. The room I was supposed to have upon check in wasn't ready so I had to go to the second floor. The elevator didn't work upon arrival and I had to walk up two flights of stairs and a long hallway.and I have bad back and hips due to a car accident . The bed didn't make it any better it was hard very uncomfortable to sleep in in my condition.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff is awesome
I didn't like that I had to leave so soon.

No coffee. Still working on building. The room has bare necessities. No TV guide, No info about area. The beds were nice and the room was clern.

The front desk staff was very VERY VERY HELPFUL.
She was the nicest front desk person I ever met. She was also the manager.
The cleaning staff was rude and VERY VERY LOUD with cells phones and yelling the hallway.
The outlet near the bed switched off when you turned off the bed light.
That is problematic since I use a CPAP machine I had to run the cord across the room.
I knwo they are remodeling, but the stairwell carpets and overall look of the place was very rundown, especially for the $130 cost per room.

We liked everything, it was ver very clean and the staff, especialy the women were awesome. a big thank u :)
Nothing not to like but would be cool to have a coffee maker in the room, but anyway there was always good coffee in the lobby

I left my hearing aids behind, and they found them for me. I went back and retrieved them.

Beds were very comfortable rooms were clean.
Dirty in hallways and window wouldn't close all the way

Door key would not work. Staff was helpful getting us in the room, but acknowledged having a problem with the door lock before, so it should have been fixed.

the location
We had to climb stairs with all of our luggage because the elevator didn’t work. The vending machines didn’t work. The room smelled musty and like mold and the air conditioner only worked halfway.

Heather at front desk was extremely helpful. She was very accommodating to our needs. My husband is handicap.
The floors were not clean. But they are under construction so I understand. No breakfast.

was clean. beds very firm, perfect for me
no shampoo/conditioner provided. not even for purchase.

The room was typical Motel 6 standard. It was clean and tidy. Bed was a bit too firm for my taste.
The elevator was out of order, and this was not stated on the booking listing or on the Motel 6 website no even on the door OR at the front desk for check in. I saw the elevator being worked on, but only verified AFTER I was given a room on the 3rd floor, and not asked if that was even acceptable. The young man at the front desk seemed to not really care other than to take my payment and send me on my way. I have mobility issues and was given a room on the 3rd floor, with only staircase access. I contacted booking.com to see what could be done, and they contacted the hotel who informed them that nothing could be done, as a room on the 1st floor would be more expensive. So I was reimbursed $25 to my wallet by booking.com, NOT by the hotel. I usually have no problem staying here, but this experience was unacceptable. I was offered NO other option by the hotel.
I likely will not be staying here again.

it was the nastiest place I have ever rented! hall smelled like cigarettes! and first room given smelled like piss! elevator was out of service ( being replaced). was given 3 rd floor rooms. only stayed because it was 2:00 in the morning and could drive any more

This hotel is in really bad shape. Everything is worn out. It was cheap, thankfully but I wouldn't stay again.

Nothing as advertised. Reserved deluxe king room two weeks prior to arrival.
Checked in went to room only a double. Front desk stated they did not have a king size and wouldn't during my 5 night stay. When asked why they reserved one if not available, only answer was "it's not my fault, I just got here.". The lobby was under construction, elevator out of order, a massage chair was the robotic massage center, etc etc
