Dirty hotel with broken furniture and not helping staff

Super dirty rooms. No room service even after requesting. same boring breakfast everyday. broken furniture, torn curtains, bad smelling carpets.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Staff was very pleasant, easy to get to.

Hide a bed mattress was horrible. Continental breakfast needs work, almost out of everything the day we were there.

I only like the privacy in the room

I did not like having a bug in my bed that no one seemed to care about. I did not like very few options they had for breakfast. To have paid a little over $500 for a king room, so much should've been better. Even the pool was unavailable. Tub was dirty with hair.

The suite was large, the location was nice.

Mistakenly charged again full price when I arrived. Which the manager did fix, but those funds were frozen on my card until a few days after checking out. The bathroom in the room wasn’t the same as pictured, expected a roll in shower and had a bath. The futon mattress very thin. Water left in the ice bucket when we first arrived.

good and far enough away from St. Louis.

the man at the breakfast bar is a warm delight. well spoken and builds the energy for the day. he’s very on top of his job

asked for towels to be changed on 2nd morning. we were never given towels. even went down to the desk and she never brought us any. pillows flat a/c struggled to cool the room.

Pretty peaceful for the most part.

Clean, free parking, and quiet. enjoyed having doors to separate living space from bedroom.

One of the staff members woke me up out of my sleep at 7am to ask me what time i was checking out. At first she was knocking, but when i didn’t answer fast enough she proceeded with trying to open the door with her master key card. Like why is that a thing??? If check out is at noon, why are you disturbing my sleep asking me what time I am leaving? Very rude and unprofessional. And had i not been there, why did she think it was ok to just open the door to my reserved room?

would not stay there again.

it was central to everywhere we needed to be.

our room was filthy. the kitchen stove had stains all over it, the kitchen drawers were disgusting. the bathroom made me want to throw up. the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages (dried on film on the tub) there were stains on the comforter. they didn't provide you with enough linens for the pull out bed.

Spacious room and utilities were nice to have.

Very expensive. Couch wasn't very clean, sticky floor, and probably the biggest issue of the stay was the tub didn't drain at all while taking a shower.

It was really clean and the staff was nice.

The female cook during breakfast was a little rude.

staff was great, hallways seemed messy with trash and guests did not keep their pets on a leash which can be dangerous

Horrible Stay

The location and the bed was pretty comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice and helpful.

The room was dirty, it had dust all over the walls and ceilings. The floors were dirty, the bathtub didn't drain properly, rusty colored spots in the corners of the bathroom floor, found someone's nail in the floor, toilet was rusty also. Room had a funky smell to it and we found a dirty used kitchen knife in the top cabinet. On the internet the room was advertised as having a private entrance to the room, didn't have that. The back entrance to the hotel was supposed to be locked and you had to use your key card, it was unlocked the entire stay. Not enough towels and when we asked for more we was told they was washing and they would bring us some after they were done, they never did. The room phone didn't connect to the office.

The breakfast was amazing and the Wednesday evening soup and salad with beer and wine included in the price, was delightful.

The heated pool didn’t really feel heated. Was quite chilly. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was a very good experience for the price.

The room was clean and spacious. The layout was nice and it had plenty of room in bedroom as well. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly.

The only problem I had was that the pool was not open and the kids were wanting to swim. It was a little early in the year but it was still warm enough to have it open.
