Exceptional

Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Location was nice.

NO POOL OR HOT TUB!!! This would have really made it nice. Having a microwave would have been very helpful.

we were not expecting too much but it was enough for our basic needs for a place to stay for 2 night

staff was nice and was very helpful and was very understanding

no microwave in the room itself instead it was in the cafeteria/commons downstairs near the front entrance and when i ordered a 1 room for 2 people we only had 1 bed which was slightly awkward

Meet our needs well

Front desk receptionist at check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided sufficient options, was well stocked, and tasty. .

For the price and location would say it was decent.

Close to alot of restaurants and easy to get to out destination

room safety. There was not chain lock just a door stopper. Breakfast was not like advertised. Dirty juice container, no creamer for coffee.

The room was basically clean, but had not been cleaned beyond the basics in a long time. The floor had not been vacuumed.

Good place to stay for a game night in green bay

Location was great. Public transportation to Lambeau was easy. We didn't partake in the breakfast, as we chose to sleep late after a late night game. Room was clean, bed was decent, staff was friendly. Good for a quick 1 night stay.

The shower squealed when using it, but the water was hot. Bathroom was tiny, but adequate. Bed was clearly used but wasn't uncomfortable. Not fancy but just fine

The breakfast was adequate.

The lock on our door to our room DID NOT LOCK. We called the front desk and the front desk person came to our room. She looked at the deadbolt and said it works it just doesn't turn all the way. It only turned a 1/4 of a turn. We also told her that there also was no safety SAFETEY CHAIN on this door. We told her it looked like the deadbolt just touched the frame of the door. She told us that is how it was supposed to work. She left. My friend stood outside the door with the swipe card to the room and I stayed inside the room and turned the deadblock to the lock position. My friend swiped her room card and turned the handle and walked right into the room. THE DEADBOLT DID NOT KEEP THIS ROOM LOCKED as we suspected. We had to push 2 chairs up against the door for the night. I feel we should have been given a new/different room or have our money refunded especially since the motel did not have very many people staying at the motel that night, This is not a safe situation for anyone staying at this hotel and they are leaving themselves open for a law suit. This stay was on October 19, 2022 in Greenbay, WI at the Oneida street Super 8 Hotel. ;

A one-day comp for a 15 day stay would have been reasonable for unauthorized CC charge mid-stay

The breakfast and housekeeping did a great job. The front desk people were friendly. Mgr was helpful with Super 8's mess up with my credit card. I'll follow up with that below.

I received a phone call on 9/9 at 6:30 am from the front desk and was told to come immediately and bring my credit card. I said it's 6:30 can this wait? The answer was no, I needed to come immediately. When I got there I was told my credit card was mistakenly credited with ~$396. I said, if you looked at my reservation, I paid in full, upon my arrival on 9/1 to 9/15. Why did I need to manage your mistake at 6:30 in the morning, when I was booked through 9/15? He told me he was told to get a hold of me and straighten this out immediately. Well, it took to the morning of my departure to almost and I stress almost correct this. I had unauthorized charges on my card, which did not sit well with me. As of today 9/18, I still have a $62.82 pending credit for Super 8's overcharge on my credit card. Housekeeping didn't bother asking if we needed anything all they asked is if we were leaving and when we checked out the front desk lost half of our deposit

Other than that, it was just what we needed.

It was nice and relaxing.

I only rated a 9…because we were on the end. There was a-lot of slamming on the door, especially in the early to late evening.

Really the only thing that was enjoyable was the location it was close to my boyfriends work

The owner was very rude and threatened to kick us out just for exchanging words with housekeeping
