The Staff and Kitchen Staff was wonderful and pleasant people, the hotel room was bad.

The breakfast was great the Kitchen staff was wonderful, pleasant and professional ☺️. The female receptionist didn't get her name was a sweetheart she was nice, friendly and professional also.

The room was awful it was musty, smelled like mold, only 1 roll of toilet paper, the sheets smelled like smoke which I'm allergic too and the hallway smelled like smoke, the rug was ripped up.

The pool was closed at the timing due to chemical issues but was being leveled out and fixed.

Good enough for a one night stay.

The property was very close to Busch Gardens which is why we came to Williamsburg.

This property is definitely in need of a better upgrade. You can tell that they tried to “band-aid” some of the issues. Overall, my room was clean but my window was full of bugs and spider webs. The air conditioning unit was not the best and didn’t circulate much air. The beds were kind of hard and a little uncomfortable.

The hotel was well enough to accommodate my stay.

I like the location of the hotel, very convenient and close to attractions.

I didn’t like the quality of the hotel, The pictures online were deceiving. I expected it to look similar to the previous country inn I booked.

Rooms need some maintenance and updates for the price.

Staff was nice

Rooms were really bad. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, my kid used the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t close easily, so the door had to be slammed. The door slamming caused a ceiling tile above the shower to come crashing down in the shower. Called the front desk but maintenance was gone. They came up and removed the tile but had to shower with a large exposed hole in the ceiling. Breakfast food was too salty.

Good location. Needs improvement.

Close proximity to Colonial Willuamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Breakfast was good.

Mattresses, sheets and towels are showing their age and should be replaced.

The stay was great and in a good vocation since we went to Busch Gardens.

hotel room had rust from the A/C on the floor. Bathroom was just painted over showing cracks and just not neat.

ok for one night

The hot breakfast was back to pre-pandemic choices. it also tasted good. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The hallway flooring was old, spotted and unclean. There was NO ICE MACHINE THAT WORKED ANYWHERE on the property. I asked for another pillow and they were “fresh out” that weekend.

Exceptional

I always have a good experience with Radisso brands. I was having double surgery on my arm at the local hospital. We live in the Richmond area, and we wanted to be close by. I love the friendly staff and beautiful decor. I couldn't have any of the delicious breakfast because I was prepping for surgery, but I will stay at this property again, gladly.
