We were well pleased & will probably stay at this property again if we return to LaGrange.

Really enjoyed the breakfast. Location was perfect. Nicki, the general manager, checked us in. Because there were plenty of availability, she upgraded us to a nicer room. She was very kind & made us feel at home.

Sink in bathroom drained slowly. This was just a minor inconvenience.

Disappointing.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

There were blood stains on the carpet in the bedroom. The breakfast was poor because they had no bread and the hot breakfast did not look appetising so we never took any. There were 3 people, staff possibly, who were working in the area where the guests had to eat breakfast. There was only a coffee machine in the room and not a kettle and we don’t drink coffee.

It worked for what we needed but could have been better customer service and cleaned a bit better.

Great Location

It wasn’t fully clean and the key card wasn’t working 2 of the 5 days. I had to go to the front lobby with my 3 year old sleeping in my arms instead of going right to the room to lay him down. Our room was by the elevator and it was pretty noisy on some nights past the quiet hour.

Nice rooms but noisy

The rooms were beautiful, clean and I love the Dove bath collection in the bathroom. However, the a/c in RM 322 was broken. We did not complain because it was so late when we arrived.

The a/c in Room 322 was broken and there was noise all through the night. Someone even banged on our door at 7 a.m.

We were displaced because of the tornado most of the staff was very accommodating and friendly which was a plus!!!

To small bathroom for a handicap person.

We requested a handicap room when we booked our room last week. I have limited use of my left leg. Getting on & off toilet or in tub was extremely hard for me. Getting in the bed was hard for both my husband and myself.

We did not get what we requested. We did not complain since we have no idea if you have bigger bathrooms. I let the lady at the front know before we left.

Unexpected Gem for me!

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was great. Nia and Lisa at the front desk were really engaging. My room was clean. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, with all amenities full stocked, such as hand soap and body wash. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was well put together. I also enjoyed the manager's reception on that Monday. I will definitely return to this Holiday Inn Express when I am back in Lagrange. 😃👍

Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like. I have one minor recommendation. With the bed being so comfortable, I think the pillows could stand an upgrade to the comfort of the bed.

Disappointed handicap visitor

Good staff

I reserved a handicap room. The room I got was for hearing disability. The hotel only has one room for mobility disability. I was disappointed. I could take a shower until that one room was vacant. Thank goodness the room was available the next day. The shower in is room needed work on the floor.

The 4th floor room I had was musty, almost like a mildew smell. Found a live roach in the bathroom. There's only one ice machine and it's on the 1st floor.
