This was a total lie when booking and a total disaster for my work-related purposes

There was construction everywhere that was not explained when setting up 2-night stay with booking.com. Pool was closed and conference rooms were closed to renovations. I was there with my family on a work trip and had to be on VP level calls. I booked this place to either have my family by the pool during meeting or in the event of rain I could go to conference room. but instead had to have my family stay quite during my 2-hour meeting and then had people doing construction on the wall right outside my room. we only stayed 1 night due to all of the issues and went and booked another hotel. very upset and disappointed!!!!

No transparency about the construction when booking the room. And all the loud construction during day while on meetings outside my room. Pool closed; Conference rooms closed. Staff could care less about the issues and i had to get loud just to get a refund issued for one night and was even given an attitude when they were doing that.

Very clean and comfortable. Really nice room in good repair which is not the case everywhere. Breakfast was better than average but still pretty basic. Lobby coffee was VERY good. A real plus for weary travelers.

This may sound silly, but as a short person I had to get out of bed to turn the light by the bed on and off.

The property was good the staff was very good.

I could not adjust the AC to get it colder in my room, so I had to buy a fan to sit in front of the AC to get the oil air to circulate. Evidently was was locked in to one setting so no one can turn the AC down. Also the very small refrigerator would not keep my food or drinks cold.

Hampton Inn was exceptionally clean,. the room was clean, bed was comfortable. I have no complaints with the Hampton Inn. Excellent Place to stay.

The only thing to make this stay better is a lower price. However the price I paid was reasonable.

The breakfast ladies were so sincerely cheerful and friendly! They brightened the rest of my day!!

Only had the coffee. It was good.

Stayed on the second floor. The hallway smelled. Like the was zero ventilation. The room smelled stale when we entered but improved after the AC ran for a bit.

Hampton Inns are my preferred motel on my trips. The facilities, room, breakfast, etc all met my expectations

unfortunately, the desk clerk was beyond horrible. He was very contrary. Very loud, impertinent, and start waving us away from the desk saying he would not deal with the likes of my wife. The root cause of the problem was booking.com.!!! The information that YOU sent to the hotel was in err. Even thought I showed the clerk my paid in full booking.com document the irate clerk would not check us in. Almost two hours later the issue was resolved. Horrible experience. Note that I use booking.com on my travels. I'm sure Expedia and any other motel rather then Hampton will serve me more respectful. A total horrible experience.

The staff were all very kind. Check i. and check out we’re a breeze.The space was convenient to our needs.

We booked for 5 guests, but we’re only left 3 bath towels and 3 wash cloths. There was no blanket for the fold out couch just a fitted and flat sheet. There were no pillow designated for the fold out bed either. We did have plenty of pillows on the others beds to make it work.

Everything was wonderful. Clean clean clean! Sooo quiet ! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection! My favorite was the pumpkin waffle mix! We were passing through. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The location was ideal with plenty of restaurants and places to shop.

I was not a fan of the breakfast, though I do understand why things are as they are. I just didn't care for the scrambled eggs.

Poor

The first room we were in smelled of dogs. The second room smelled but not as bad. Hotels need to stop allowing pets in the rooms as they don’t clean them well and people who don’t have pets and are allergic to pets have an issue.
