Don’t do it

Literally nothing

There was a drug deal that happened right infront of us walking out from checking in. It was disgusting and was clearly not cleaned. Homeless people everywhere. Girl screaming and crying outside in the morning. Huge mess. The bed felt like it was 30 years old and when we took the sheets off it was stained like it was and all broken.

We got to check in with no problem

Very dirty, smelled like a Crack house! Jet tub shot grass and dirt out of it so couldn't use it! Bathroom dirty shower didn't work well. Sheet were not changed and the pillow cases were also dirty! Breakfast was a Tupperware tub with wrap bread, muffins or donuts but all stail. Cereal was old and stail. Coffee was old and no cream or cold milk! Wouldn't give us a refund so I am posting this place on Facebook book and go public with it!!!! I give it 0 😱 raiting!

Looked nice, but Very disappointing.

The room was clean and reception was friendly.

It looked good to start BUT, ..Their were no bedside outlets. No trash cans in room only one small can in bathroom. No coffee pot in room. There was a place for an iron and ironing board but neither one was there. The bedding was clean but not soft at all, very rough. The included breakfast was very disappointing. It was toast, coffee, and cereal. NO juice muffins or any hot food of any kind. There was one apple and it was visibly bruised.

cute room with spa bath , decent hospitality from staff. Recommendations one night only

comfortable stay for what it is , the staff made the experience pleasant enough

house keeping needs to step it up , not only did I have to clean my own room before I got comfortable my partner & I also found things that should’ve been long gone

Worst hotel ever, don't waste your time or money!

Nothing. They refused my reservation.

The clerk was rude and actually shouted at me. The refused to accept my reservation. After driving 4 hours...I did not have a place to stay, even though I had paid in advance.

was there for about 9 hours to get some rest. Got exactly what I expected for price.

Liked the phone charging mat provided with alarm clock. The person at front desk was very nice.

Office didn't open till 8AM, left before breakfast.

Decent place if you get a spa suite, regular rooms are less of a rating, good times though..

Jacuzzi looked clean even though i didnt use it

Detail cleaning of shower door track needsd to be done.

Location was close to a lot of things, The jacuzzi

The Wi-Fi was terrible, there was Queen flat sheets in a king bed (no fitted), mattress was disgusting, there were drug addicts ( one asked me if I had a cigarette, then asked me for money), the owner makes you come to her for everything, old carpet, shower leaked out onto the floor

It was pretty dirty .

Location . Lots of places to eat around .

I had to call the receptionist on the phone to check in . The lobby door was locked . Plus the the people that started in the room next door were walking in and out every single minute slamming the door . They were very loud. I called the front desk . She said she would take care of it but at the end nothing happened. also the bathroom cleanliness was absolutely horrible. Some blood stains on the walls , dirt and hair in the corners .

Dirtiest hotel Ive ever seen!

Location was good!

Scummiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life! Dead bugs all over and pubic hair in the shower… you could tell it hasn’t been vacuumed in a very long time!

one of the more affordable hotels in the albany/airport area

sheets were clean, no bed bugs, wifi connected, appliances worked (frig, tv, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioner) ... service desk provided extra towels cheerfully upon request ... complimentary breakfast has fresh bananas & good coffee, apple juice ... though it needed renovation a decade or more overdue (roof shingles loose or missing, chipped paint, worn carpets, worn bed covers), it was dry and did not smell of mold or tobacco. location was next to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, which actually was packed at night, and it was next to Latham 76 Restaurant (one minute walk), which had fantastic food and service; huge portions, delicious, fresh food, great waitresses

the carpet was not vacuumed (carpet had dead rolly polly bugs under air conditioner unit, bathtub/shower had clump of human hair in drain)... housekeeping did not service room between days (two night stay) .... complimentary breakfast had rock hard, old bagels and old butter packets ... electric skillet was present, but no fresh ingredients to cook (eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, etc).... though room was a no smoking room, the blanket had a cigarette burn hole in it

They lied this was the most horrible hotel everything was dirty their continental breakfast never started until 8 AM in the morning. Rooms were dirty
