It was in a decent location
There’s homeless people looking through car windows
4.5
Staff very courteous, helpful, & accomodating (desk & housekeeping).
Cleanliness of hotel & room.
Breakfast, tasty & filling.
Breakfast: Would prefer real brown sugar not powdered; cranberry juice, watered dwn.
Prefer daily cleaning of room (empty garbage cans, vacuum, clean towels).
No water pressure in toilet, had to repack & change rooms.
Opened curtains, big black spider fell out.
Could hear other guests talking thru thin walls.
Loudness of shower in upper floor.

My family loves this Hotel and it's location, this is our go to spot!
I don't like the fact that the price to stay here nightly fluctuates so much and it gets very pricey. There's times we want to stay here but end up having to stay at the Best Western Plus airport because they offer the same amenities even the hot breakfast but their prices beat your hotels prices alot

First and foremost, the staff. They were exceptional!
The only beef we had was other guests with children in the pool and playing basketball after 10pm. Yelling and talking aloud. It was really hard to sleep. We had to close our windows to not hear the noise as much.

All of the staff were friendly & helpful. My room was exceptionally clean & well stocked.
It’s a larger hotel than I’m familiar with, so finding my way around was frustrating. Also, the location is annoying regarding the lobby entrance, outside at the parking lot. it’s unclear where to park for check-in/out.

great breakfast mostly nice staff
soon as we checked in room I discovered blood on the duvet immediately had to call the front desk

Very nice room, cute but small sports area outside. Computers are available if you're having issues with yours. Overall a really great place to stay.
Breakfast wasn't a great set up for a vegetarian. There were definitely things I could eat, but there was no warning when they included meat in things (potatoes, omelettes) and when they didn't. One of the elevators was down, there was another in the back. Any other complaints I had were fairly minor or me just nitpicking. My family had some trouble checking in however since they booked their rooms with points. I was allowed into my room, but they had to wait half an hour for theirs.

The staff were very friendly & tried to be as accommodating as they could. Eileen was our front desk customer service person when we checked in & the next evening when we went back for pillows & she was super friendly, kind & apologetic. Johnathon was our front desk customer service person on our last day & was also super friendly, empathetic & helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly, accommodating & full of smiles. We were about 5 minutes until the breakfast was to be over & asked if there was any way we could get a yogurt (there wasn't any in the ice bucket) & she was happy to go get one for us.
There were 2.5 towels for 4 people, no soap, no bedding for the pull out sofa bed nor any extra pillows upon check in as they were being used or soiled. Since there were 4 of us the bedding & pillows were definitely needed, as was soap & towels. There was dog hair in the king bed that was matted into the sheets, fitted & other sheet as well as the blanket. Not sure if it was dirty or if the hair didn't come out in the wash. On our last morning, our toilet stopped working. Not only were 4 people staying in the room 2 of us have GI diseases & a toilet is a main priority. The maintenance person was not on site & wouldn't be able to look @ the toilet until 3pm...check out is 11am, so that didn't help. We stayed in the same type of room in December & raved about the cleanliness, the accommodations & were excited to be going back. This is not the case now & unfortunately, we will be looking for another hotel in the future.

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel and I absolutely love this place. I cannot say enough about the convenience of the location, ease of parking, exceptional and courteous staff, as well as clean and accommodating rooms.
This hotel has the best staff hands down in the city of Clovis. They go above and beyond to make each stay better than the last. I had an accident during my last stay in which the emts had to be called and they were phenomenal. For the rest of my stay they treated my dogs and I with kindness and went out of their way to make sure that I was ok.
The property is centrally located to shops, banks, gas stations, major roads etc, as well as old town Clovis. As a single female traveler with dogs, I feel safe at this hotel.
