The guy at the front desk.

Apparently I was told I was banned from the hotel. There was a red flag on my account. What??? He couldn't tell me why. I have no clue!! I haven't been there in a year and and a half! He said only a manager could tell me why and if course he wasn't there.

A place to stay overnight that was near enough to our destination in the morning.

Location was ok for our purposes.

Lots of people in the parking lot made for noise.

Everything I needed was in the room. Only a vending machine in the office, nothing else as listed online. Beds were very comfortable.

Could not use any of the drawers in the room because of a nasty odor. They could use some fresh air and Lysol.

The manager was extremely nice and went out of his way to help us get an extra set of towels that seemed like next to impossible to get

Cleaning staff refused to give us extra towels. Only allowed 3 towels and 3 washcloths (,1 set per person). . So I guess they do not allow a shower before bed and a shower in the morning. Didn't speak English very well and very rude!!!

The location was very convenient for our needs. We needed the lodging last minute and we were able to secure this place very easily. The room was clean, the bathroom was updated and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The mini fridge was a plus!

II didn't like that there was another person I Lived there he was roaming the complex n looking at you weird and recording.

We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled of smoke. Other than that, our stay was great!!

The Free Wifi was great

Room 106 was a smoking room and was terrible. The smell was unbareable and the beds were extremely squeaky and uncomfortable.

Pleased

The hotel room, beds, and bathroom were clean and somewhat updated, and the room big was enough for 3 adults. Beds were soft and comfortable. Shower worked well, no issues with the toilet, etc. Fridge and microwave worked well. Smelled fine :) Location is close to lots of stores and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Pleasant stay. No issues at all. Good price, would stay here again! (The photos I shared where taken as we were checking out, not upon arrival.)

We stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. When we arrived Sunday afternoon there was a lot of “activity” around the motel/parking lot. Lots of people standing outside their rooms and/or walking around. I had read other reviews about the type of people this place seems to attract, and I would say there is truth to those claims. However, while some things looked strange and a slightly suspicious, I did not feel unsafe. There were no issues with noise or feeling uncomfortable in any way. And there really wasn’t much of that “activity” on the weekdays during our stay. So I wouldn’t say it’s a “dislike” but more of something that might not be ideal when you are staying away from home.

The price of the room was reasonable. The bathroom was clean

We checked into our room. Went out for dinner. It was raining pretty good. We were on the bottom level. When we returned..the ceiling was leaking into our bags that were on the chair. When I went to get a different room the guy didnt seem to care. He gave us a different room which was okay.
