It was good.

The room was comfortable and big.

There is a smell from old vent system but everything else was new, furniture and carpet.

We had a horrible stay at this hotel.

We chose this property as it was across the street from the venue we attended. The staff were very friendly.

Our room was dirty as the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed as we found food crumbs and a pile of toe nail clippings under the coffee table. The hotel staff had placed us in a room directly behind the elevator and it was used all day and night. Very uncomfortable stay the whole time we were there.

Unhappy!!

Front desk gals were nice.

I prepaid for three nights, they only had me down for one. The very first morning maid service knocked at my door at 8 a.m. asking if I was ready to check out.... ugh!! I never got maid service my entire stay and when I went to the front desk for clean towels, they only had pool towels that were very rough.

Very pleasant facilities and people. Easy access to freeway and close to lots.

Very clean and nice people.

We were not told on multi day stay that they didn’t clean room each night. Would have liked the trash at least emptied each day.

Nice hotel, although noisy and unfriendly check-in staff!

Nice hotel with a lovely large room but very noisy, right next to the freeway and loads of noise coming from reception.

The noise and unfriendly welcome on reception when we arrived.

overall, a pleasant stay

Breakfast was very nice. The sheets were exceptionally soft. Desk help was great!

Water-saving faucets were awful, a very short cycle. The room above us was very noisy. No clothing hooks in the bathroom

Superb

Bed was super comfortable. Probably the best bed at a hotel that we have slept on ever. Facility was super clean.

We were in what looked like to be a handicapped room. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so it flooded the entire floor.
