Decent stay in a small town.

I like that the rooms were clean along with the rest of the property. The pool was well maintained, and I enjoyed swimming with my kids. The free breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but the food wasn't bad, to be honest. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable! We had 3 rooms as we traveled with my sister and her family, and my aunt. All of our rooms were clean and comfortable.

The heater was on our last night in the pool area. With it being 85 degrees outside, it was pretty uncomfortable inside the pool area. The beds were very hard! My wife and I had a hard time sleeping because of this. We've stayed here many times in the past over Labor Day weekend, and the beds weren't bad on our other trips. Almost felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

Air conditioner throws out heat Beds uncomfortable Rooms not kept clean, ask maids inform front desk to clean room for clean lien and clean towels. Was told let them know a day ahead. Was told at the front desk flyer provided on room services which none or verbal instructions provided. Poor communication to customers... Also hotel needs elevators strongly recommended....instead of lugging luggages up and down the stairs.

Big room, yummy breakfast, clean, location.

A ramp.or elevator to carry luggage upstairs. There were a lot of stairs. Maybe there was an elevator we didn't see. We entered through a side door to get to our room.

Delicious breakfast and pool open!

Breakfast had a wonderful spread with pancakes, eggs, muffins, cereal. Juices, hot chocolate and coffee. Nice hours; 6-10!

Will check the room before piling in.

Adequate ventilation and ability to regulate room temperature. Room was very clean, beds had adequate blankets. ON the firm side for seniors who need a little softness! Hips hurt the next day.

Very upset with the tub. It was clean but had old dirty grout in all of the seams. Wouldn't be found in my house.. Took pictures but this survey doesn't allow uploads. All the soap is up on the wall so a bather needs to keep standing up to lather. Asked the desk for bar soap and they complied. Next time I will check the tub and request a move. This is not motel 6 and I was disappointed.

the facilities were updated, clean and spacious

obvious repairs needed in hall area (broken blinds) and dirty hallways. Some the cable channels couldn’t get a signal and it’s likely due to the brick structure.

A comfortable night between two days off so driving is the best part of this hotel’s offerings.

the property is an ideal midpoint Australian between Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. I have stayed here many, many times over the last quarter century.

It was simple and awesome. Simply awesome.

Everything about this place is fun and welcoming. Modern design but comfortable at the same time. Room was huge and similarly priced with other smaller accommodations in the area. Staff was professional without being frigid. Parking and access to rooms was easy and close. Pool was open later along with other amenities.

It was going to be a short night, arriving late, and we stayed to save a few dollars, but not again.

Asked for an extra hour (until noon) to check out and it was a major decision at the front desk, calling someone to get permission then a decision was made to give "30 minutes". I felt like a heel for asking. Also the whole facility is in need of a major overhaul.

room was cold and took awhile to warm. no non-slip pad in the tub. very expensive.

Friendliness of the staff

The shower head sucked, and the bathroom was way too small, the hot tub jets didn't work and it wasn't very warm and the depth of the pool is deceiving, the doors to the rooms have gaps and the rooms don't stay very warm, and the TV channels were in and out of service constantly. The included breakfast wasn't very good at all they didn't keep their selections stocked and the food that was supposed to be hot/warm was actually cold and didn't taste very good.

Front desk clerk was friendly.

Bathroom needed to be cleanser especially the tub/shower. Needed to vacuum around the edges of the rooms and behind a chair. Found a hair pin on the floor. Fridge needed to be scrubbed. Swimming pool was to cold and the whole pool room was cold along with the lobby.
