The room was spacious and clean. Nice amenities (fridge/microwave/coffee)
The pool was a little disappointing. One of the slides was down and not operating. I wish I knew before check in. Also, the siding must be coming off inside the pool. Kids said there were a lot of chunks in the bottom of the pool. One chunk was at least 3” across.

Awesome pool good breakfast comfy beds
The staff weren’t very polite. The lady doing breakfast was very snappy and obviously unhappy being there. I was in my car having a cup of coffee the next morning and the maintenance guy asked if we needed help and we said no then he said do you even have a room here. I thought that to be very impolite and felt like he was following me around to make sure I wasn’t lying about having a room. I said yes I do who are you and He said maintenance guy and security very strange made me a little uncomfortable which was disappointing after paying $200 to have a room somewhere for one night. I think a little staff training in customer service would definitely go a long way.

The facilities are very clean considering the large amount of guests with children and families. The housekeepers are very friendly and do a wonderful job! The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ok, but I miss the waffle maker! The pool is just alright.
Since changing hotel brands/chains, I feel like this hotel has downgraded! The rooms are significantly smaller- like half the size they used to be. The pool is alright- wish you'd make an actual swimming pool, away from the slides. You can't even swim in it because half of it is used as a landing for the slides and the rest of it is like 2.5 feet deep. The hot tub is good, but because so many families come to this hotel specifically for the slides, the hot tub is ALWAYS overcrowded. Same with the "swimming pool". There are so many kids, parents with small children and older kids all competing for the swimming area that you're almost elbow to elbow. Definitely not a large enough area to do any actual swimming. It used to be acceptable because the rooms were great and the price was much lower. But now, the other things don't make up for the swimming experience like they used to. The general manager was extremely rude to my nephew and husband, on different occasions. Granted, we did ask for a late check out and took 20 minutes longer than we were alloted. My husband was literally boiling after his experience with the general manager because of how rude she was. My nephew was ready to leave the hotel a day early because of his experience with her, and it pretty much ruined the rest of his day. They felt justified for their reactions because her hostile approach and lack of professionalism. Either way, I personally apologized to her for their reactions and things that they said to her because that's not how we typically conduct ourselves. Now that everything has changed, I doubt we'll stay at this establishment again :( Bummer because the rest of the hotels in Missoula don't have water parks or slides. Well, at least their pools are bigger though.

Everything was good; no complaints.

We all had a blast on the waterside but disappointed it didn’t open until 4:30 each day. breakfast was great.
The room we got said it slept 6 people. we thought it had 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper but there was no sofa sleeper. We asked how that room could sleep 6, and they said 3 to a bed! The picture online is misleading as it showed 2 beds and a sleeper. The front desk lady said there are no rooms with 2 beds and a sleeper. We went to Walmart and bought a $20 air mattress.

the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are large, clean, and have comfortable beds. The water park is fun for kids, though when it’s crowded it’s very noisy and chaotic. The pool is just for the water slides, so don’t expect to swim. The fitness center is quite nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, really

Room was great, breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the location was very convenient right by the freeway and airport. Our Kids loved the water slide.
I had wished there was sparkling water in the convenience store...there was only regular water available. A little more variety of drinks would be nice.

We enjoyed the water park, clean gym, and overall layout of the hotel.
Breakfast set up/organization and offering. They were out of oatmeal toppings and milk twice during our stay.

Pretty rooms, good temperature, shampoo and conditioner and soap in the shower. Good location.
No grab bars in shower or by toilet in our room. Floor in bathroom slippery when wet. Pool hours too short needs to be open during day not just at night. Breakfast was okay

Was hard to find as we were looking for the Wingate and not the Fairfield as it shows on the property

Clean, modern, well furnished.
No servicing of the room for 2 night stay. No clean towels, beds not made or light house keeping. No signs or options that said it wasn’t included. I assumed it was. Upon check out very rude front desk help said “hotels don’t do that”! I assured her that most do. Point being at $250 dollars per room per night, at least bring fresh towels! OR MAKE IT KNOW THAT IT IS NOT INCLUDED.

It was a newer remodel.
Cleanliness of room. There were potato chips on carpet directly in front of couch. The bed light on right side of bed didn't work. The wall light over the couch didn't work. There was no bathroom fan. Water leaked out of the shower and onto the floor. The bathroom door did not shut unless I used a lot of force and then it would stick and be hard to open. The room did not get below 70 degrees even though I repeatedly set the temperature lower.
