Could have had some type if breakfast offered

Reserved 2 beds. Was traveling with my grandson taking him back to college. Arrived and they only had a king bed so he had to sleep on the floor. No competition offered. Would not do it again but was 1:30 am. No choice

Disgusting and unsafe do not stay here.

The lady at the front desk was kind.

Everything in the room was filthy. There was a cigarette burn hole in the comforter, disintegrating towels, the carpet was wet in places and had a layer of dust along the edges. The property didn’t provide enough towels for two people to shower. The TV would break up the picture every 10 seconds when watching something. The location felt very unsafe. Hallway of the motel was indoors instead of outdoor individual entry and people were yelling and closing doors loudly all night long (easily past 2am). Doors in and out of the property and room were difficult to open and shut. All of this for $100 a night - I wouldn’t even pay $20 for this place.

Honestly, traveling with a pet is incredibly hard especially staying at motels but the staff at this motel 6 were so friendly it was as if we had known them our whole lives. We will definitely be coming back to this location. The rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfy. The rooms were spacious and I think it was s steal for how much we paid.

Great stay, met my expectations.

Everything. You get what you pay for. The price was great especially for what you get. Morning coffee, amazing staff and it's your regular typical hotel but with great location. Literally everything was so convenient.

I suspected it would not be great due to the previous reviews. I was not surprised.

No airport shuttle at night, though I was assured there would be one...desk staff advised me to just take a cab. No wifi in rooms, lobby only. I found a q-tip in one of the beds in my room, supposedly a freshly made bed.

The day desk attendant was pleasant when we checked in , couldn't locate/consult one @ nite.

Cockroaches!!!!We went to the 1st room, it was filthy, the ac was not working, my wife opened the fridge , full of cockroaches!The second room , ac didn't work either, filthy,cockroaches crawling on the bathroom wall.Video was taken as well as photos by my wife!We tried to call the desk,phone didn't work , we went down, no desk attendant or other personnel there!The alternate entrance to the hotel was propped open with a piece of asphalt, people were in and out freely without key cards.The whole hotel did not have a working ice machine.

Jet lagged but slept soundly

There was Breakfast? We went to a diner called "Mr Been's". Anyway, gold stars to our shuttle driver, who also doubled as one of the night managers. He was very helpful and courteous, and sharp-eyed to get our backpack left behind at the counter to our room.

That same manager also gave us a heads-up that the building was still 'undergoing renovations'. I guess that included the need for an intact toilet paper hanger?

Awful, disgusting, never Sharon!!

Nothing! Besides the lobby was clean and smelled nice.

cockroaches in the room, mold and con webs, absolutely disgusting. sheets were dirty. Need spring was stained. No towels in room and none were ready/clean.

Location was ok

Door didn't properly lock when closed so could be open from the outside with a slight push. Deadbolt also didn't work - only way to lock the door was the safety latch. Roaches everywhere!! No toilet paper or soap. Walls were super thin and halls smelled like weed.

Very good budget motel right at the airport with good soundproofing and friendly personnel

Once you get past the dingy reception area and the dreary hallway, the comfort in the rooms is really pretty good. THE SOUNDPROOFING WAS EXCELLENT and I slept very soundly, better than in many expensive hotels. Very good bed. The personnel was excellent and friendly. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport for free, right away (you can call them even from the courtesy phone in the airport). I am most grateful to Booking.com for providing accurate information about the motel, as they usually do!

For me it was fine. Now, this is an old motel and there are signs of wear. If you want everything new and sparkling, this is not the place for you. But if you just want a place to crash at the airport for a good price, it is perfect.

We didn't and couldn't stay, no hot water and no staff!!!!!

Dirty unclean and no hot water. Trash all over parking lot. Vehicles that were in bad condition in parking lot near room doors. No staff available at front desk that looked like DMV. Waited 20 minutes and not liking appearance and handmade sign at front desk stating no hot water, we left. I was charged $98.00, I hope to God I get refunded!!!

We will never stay at ANY Motel 6 again as a result of our experience at the Rochester NY Motel 6 .

At least we enough toilet paper to scrunch up and squash the cockroaches on the wall and the floor . We washed EVERY article of clothing when we got home and cleaned our bags to make sure than we didn't bring back one roach .

The motel was a basically a hangout for pot smokers in the lobby and people who were not guests .The place stunk like pot as well and we were hassled for cigarettes when we went out the front door .

I was in the room less than 2 minutes. Poor view and impression.

Unlocked door and immediately saw bugs. Turned and walked out.. then had to wait 20 minutes to check back out because receptionist went to drive shuttle to the airport.
