Disappointing

The rooms were not clean. There was trash and food left on the floors.. stains and sticky stuff on the blankets and sheets and the fire alarm completely covered with a plastic bag. Night shift staff was rude at first until I asked to speak to manager and then her attitude changed

Rooms where not in the greatest condition and accommodations where tried twice and did not happen their motto is if they cant fix it they will refund that didn’t happen either :(

Clean hotel with basic facilites

Basic facilities but they were very clean and comfortable. Bed was reasonable and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Easy to find and great access to the road.

Quite basic for the price paid but then it was only for night and not really a problem. Could be a little a noisy but again as only for one night it was not an issue.

Nice hotel with great breakfast

Great location. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are not very clean. First room was full of cigarette smoke, so we had to switch rooms.

Great hotel for the prize!

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good!

The air conditioning in the room was super loud. I woke up several times during the night because of that. Pool wasn’t open!

Housekeeping. Bottom sheets inside out, top sheet on top of comforter, 2 bath mats instead of 2 towels, used earplugs left in chair. Card keys didn't work unless doubled up

The herd of elephants in the room above us. They we're still stomping at 3 am.

Stayed 4nights had to get my key card reset every day and maid service never entered my room. Trash never got emptied and never got clean towels never replenished coffee in room.

good thing it was only a one night stay

it appeared nice and smelled good upon check in

the tub would not drain has to shower in a half tub of standing water…😫 and the beds need new mattresses have dips in the middle of them .. pool closed

Loved the staff, breakfast bar, and location.

The sheets were dirty, door keys wouldn’t work, and the ice machine was broken.

Disappointing

The staff, the location, and the breakfast. that's about it.

Where do I start? We had problems right away, our key didn't open the room door and from there, those keys work sporadically. Once we entered the room I most say that the room was disappointing in size and looked nothing like the pictures, they for sure take those in an angle which is misleading. The showerhead was DISGUSTING, the bathtub had mold around, the toilet seat was lose so it moved every time, I turned one light and the TV shut off, somehow turning on light on burnt the whole plug where the TV was connected, so I had to move furniture around to find another plug because they couldn't switch us to another room as they were all booked. The room was clearly very dirty, the carpet as well. We are traveling with our kids, 16 and 1 year old, when we took our baby for a walk around the property he almost stepped on dog poop and there was a bunch of rusty screws in the laying around outside one of the lobby windows.

not sure I would attempt to stay there again.

My reservation was cancelled with no advance notice. I was told that Baymont had a government contract and was told they had to cancel all existing reservations. they did not attempt to relocate us somewhere. They just told us our room was taken by a government agency.. this was so inconvenient, and totally unacceptable. The owners of Baymont were not concerned at all about the customers that had reserved a room prior to that day. they should be ashamed of themselves. You can’t be sure that you have a guaranteed room with this hotel, unfortunately.

No fun in the pool

I've stayed there twice expecting to be able to swim or use jacuzzi and everytime it's closed they offer those facilities and yet I've never been able to enjoy them

Okay for last minute stay

The facility was very kid welcoming, full stocked snack bar, lobby TV was playing Micky mouse and front desk had color sheets with crayons out. My toddler needed milk and the front desk gave some from the breakfast area with no charge. The front receptionist was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good!

The elevator was out, the dryer left the laundry damp, some stains were found on bedding, a couple things were left unclean from the previous person that stayed. The pool was closed.

The pool has never been open. I would love to be able to enjoy the pool or hot tub. Sad that it's not working
