We are coming back to Williamsburg will stay here on return visit

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was excellent one of the best we every had at a motel

No chais to st and no table to eat. Was told because it had three beds state inspection wouldn’t let them put any chairs in the room. Other and that the room was great. We didn’t have a iron in the room one was delivered right away same with towels there was six of us had towels for four we called for more we got them right away.

Disappointing ☹

Staff was great!! Have great customer service skills!

For the price of the room, there is a lot of room for improvement. First room we were given, the heat/AC unit didn't work. We were then moved to another room. We had to have staff come to get our TV and telephone to work. TV remote was barely usable. The shower was VERY difficult to turn on. Ice machine was not working.

Paper thin walls, pillows were horrible, room didn’t smell fresh, seen 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.

Got there right before midnight of the road and my room was given away ended up with a full size not

My room was given away I did not get what I paid for ended up in a double room with two very small beds. Full size not even queen size. Very disappointed

receptionist kept us waiting while she chatted to an employee who had been sacked for stealing. totally unnecessary.

An "ok" hotel in a convenient location

The room was a great size and fit me and my 5 kids perfectly. The room was clean and the maids were so nice every morning made sure we had enough towels and took out our garbage. The location was perfect, close to busch gardens and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The pool and hot tub were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the breakfast was ok the first morning, we slept in the 2nd morning so we missed breakfast that day. And then the last morning we were there breakfast was horrible. The eggs were so dry like they were leftover from the day before and microwaved. Was only orange juice, no other juice available, they were all out. They were out of sausage and hash browns and the 2 people that were to be working to make sure there was food available were just standing in the back room talking. So we just went out and got a quick breakfast before heading home.

Horrific experience

Location, and breakfast, and maids were friendly

Mulch, dirt, and dog hair on bed sheets and phone, centipedes on bathroom floor, smelled like DOG in room, a lot of stains on carpet, lamps, and side of bed, closet door wouldn’t close all the way, remote volume button was only functional couldn’t change channel, noise level in hall was loud towards evening due to pool traffic. Definitely will not be returning, felt that we were scammed out of our money.
