the bed was nice. it was very clean.
our shower dripped, the lady at the front desk was a bit rude when checking in. trying to check in and get our stuff out while finding my wallet caused her to become rude. she would repeat herself in annoying matter and then only gave us one key. she told us to hurry up even though we were the only ones there. and in the morning when checking out, she wasnt even there.

Poor
Hot water system...takes a long time to get hot or even warm. Room has unpleasant stale oder. Tv stations listings did not give enough variety...seemed dated. Toilet seat loose. Breakfast offering very poor.

Location to Yosemite, restaurant next door, clean
They offer breakfast but it's at 7 when it's recommended you get to Yosemite valley by 8 so you can't take advantage of it even if what they have is grab and go. Our room's fridge didn't close. Facility could use an upgrade

The location was good, the room was clean. Local bar down the street was great for info from the locals.
They say they offer 24/7 coffee, but not true. Only serves it during breakfast. We didn’t wait for their breakfast, it was cookies juice and coffee

Missed a part of the World Cup

The location is perfect, Yosemite National Park is really close and there are also some really good restaurants close to the Hotel. For example Smokehouse 41 BBQ which is just down the road.
There‘s also lots of parking spots available.
There was a fridge and a microwave in the room which was also quite handy.
The room itself was fine, if you only plan to sleep there. The room we got was actually quite dirty. It seemed as if it had been only cleaned in a rush. There were still crisps and crumbs on the floor from the previous guest. The bathroom was also not very clean, with the shower curtain being quite dirty with a lot of stains and the toilet seat was actually broken.

didn’t like anything and wasn’t worth the money.
I asked for a handicap room and they wanted to put me upstairs and I can’t climb the stairs. the room wasn’t ready at check in. employees were rude.
4.0
The view of the mountains and the location. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
I can't really think of anything. Due to covid there was no breakfast.
4.5
Was able to get a room downstairs because my husband can't climb stairs.
I was changed after I checked out and got my deposit back. I was told that I got charged for a pillow that was not in the room when I checked in. No one left the front desk a note that there was one missing from last customer. I was told when I called about the $50 charge to my credit card was for one of the special pillows. The way the front desk was saying was that I was a thief and also a liar when I said that there were only 3 pillows when I checked in. I had to wait 3 days for the owner to get back into town for them to say that they were going to reverse the charges. But was never told "We're sorry for thinking you took pillow."
