I would stay there again I have no complants

The room was Larger then I have stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my son and Grand daughter in a second room. I also had my service dog with.

There was nothing I would complain about. I do not know what you want me to write since I have no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay but we just didn’t feel like the hotel met our expectations for the price.

Breakfast was okay. Didn’t seem to have much variety & food quality was okay. We loved the set up of our room & that the hotel was right off I65.

We were disappointed with never having enough bath towels even after we asked for more. Also didn’t like having sticky carpet in multiple places, tv/streaming didn’t work because internet was not very good ( went in & out a lot or was super slow even using our cell phones). Also the pool & hot tub were nice but the chlorine was way too strong - it burned our eyes before even getting in & especially when water got in our eyes.

Pleasant

Comfortable bed. Great location. Not near as scary as the Baymont inn across the street. All the hotels in this area seem sketchy.

Mold in the shower. The egg white patties for breakfast were awful especially 2 days in a row (only tried them the first day). A lot of dirt and debris in the sofa sleeper when we opened it. No bedding for the sofa sleeper until we asked for it. Breakfast coffee wasn’t very good either.

Outdated established and overpriced

The carpet was stained, television in 2nd bedroom only got 5 local channels. I paid over 230 a night and was highly disappointed

Bad

We stayed there and ended up having bedbug bites. It was confirmed by my doctor the next day we got home. Not what we had planned. We will NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND to ANYONE!! This was our halfway stop to our destination in Cincinnati. Never again!!!

reasonable priced decent for quick trip

for the price this is a good option. I didn’t see any bugs which is first important for my stay however the sheets were stained or simply dirty. The hotel older and smells old and moldy. Only had small interactions with staff so no complaints there. Pool was open but looked very small and strong chlorine smell when you walk in hotel. there was breakfast provided but didn’t eat it. Oh and pop vending machine charged my card $200+ so hope that can get resolved.

The manager was rude and wouldn't let me and my husband back to our rooms we had paid for. He kept asking to see our id's and our card information. He never refunded us our money as well. Terrible service, but the lady that checked us in was great!

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The first room, I almost fell off the toilet. The seat was about to fall off. The replacement room, the tiles on the bathroom floor were coming loose and the vents were very dirty.

Worked okay for a place to sleep

Check in was easy, beds were comfortable, mini fridge was cold and had a small freezer. My son also enjoyed the mini waffle maker for breakfast, it was a nice touch that many hotels don't have.

We chose a non- smoking room but our bathroom smelled horribly of smoke and weed. Hallways and elevators also smelled like weed. Breakfast was okay, but floor was sticky with spilled syrup all the way across the breakfast room and workers just left it. Building is the closest of the hotels to the freeway and you can tell. The road noise was constant, perhaps it's better on the opposite side of the Building from where we stayed.

I was having trouble with the keycard, and they corrected the issue promptly. I was given extra towels because we were using the pool, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. An overall great experience.

It was clean for the most part but the dryer is always broken and there was a lot of glass in the parking lot I got a flat tire it wasn't a good experience
