Horrible, Health and Safety, unsanitary room.

Location to family.

Bathroom was filthy. Trash and dirt over the floor. Shower head has green residue on it. The water fixture for the shower was extremely loose with a screw, sticking out. Dust all over the counter top, back of the toilet and shelf. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Furniture missing out of the room we moved to. Thursday morning maintenance delivered the chair that was missing out of the room. The chair is filthy with what appears to be blood stains. Our health and safety was compromised. Abruptly awaken early Saturday morning by someone fiddling with the door. Looking out of the peep hole to see no one but the person continued to shake the door handle. Called front desk and was told oh that's just someone fixing the door reader so you can use your room card. There was no communication to inform that this was going to happen. Extremely disappointed in this situation and someone decision to scare everyone in the room. lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable

If we weren’t so far from home I would’ve went home.

Our AC unit leaked all over the carpet so floor was soaked, our AC wouldn’t get colder so couldn’t sleep well, our tub wouldn’t drain, and we could hear our neighbors everything they said. $300 for one night rip off.

there are better options than this in the area

the black out blinds in the room were great allowing us to sleep in the free breakfast was great beds were comfortable

we reserved a suite which was essentially a basic room with a pullout couch. no extra tv or anything for the “suite” extra area and fee. theres was an unpleasant “smell” upon entering the room that did not go away. the front desk night staff lady was unfriendly

Not much

The flush ran every 5 minutes since the water was leaking by the flapper. It is supposed to be a smoke free hotel but there were several rooms smoking pot. The person at the desk that checked us in knew very little on dining options. When we checked out and expressed the issues with the room etc. we had to wait for the front desk person to stop chewing his breakfast to complete the checkout. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Great hotel with friendly staff that offers a good breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was people cleaning throughout the day.

pancake maker was broken but the rest of the breakfast options were ok.

Everything is so clean. The beds and the pillows are wonderful. The location is great for me because my son lives 10 minutes away.

I didn't care much for their breakfast bar. The coffee is great but I wasn't real impressed with the breakfast. And there was a wonderful spot with a sink and coffee maker and the microwave . A wonderful spot in my room but there was no light so had to use my phone light to see what I was doing.
