It was clean. The area was great. It wasn’t right in the middle of town but close enough that you could go do stuff. The game room was fun but hot. No a/c in there.
It needs a little updating.

Big spacious room! We had an accessible room (didn't ask for one) but the other rooms seemed large too. Plenty of space for the four of us to move around. Plenty of pillows provided, and good storage for belongings. We didn't have a tub and we have a kid that refuses showers - luckily it was a short stay.
We got a beautiful view of mountains from the room window, just stunning!
The indoor heated pool was such a hit, my kids are asking to go back just for that! Nice and big and the pool was clean. Locker rooms attached too.
Great continental breakfast - assortment of cereal, bagels, English muffins and toast, yogurt, milk, juice, little muffins, waffle station, hot station with bacon one day and sausage the other, and egg patties.
Coffee and tea station with cutlery is always available in lobby - we got takeout couple times and they didn't include cutlery so this was great. Theres a microwave there also!
So close to Santa's Village!
Hot tub is shut down - when we booked there was no notification this would be the case and that was disappointing, but things happen and they are trying to get it up and running again soon.
Some cheese slices would have been nice to go with the egg and sausage patties to make a sandwich for breakfast.
Nothing to do with the hotel- but there's hardly anywhere to eat dinner nearby - or most meals during the early part of the week. Scorpios is a good spot, so was the ice cream spot next to it. Theres a brewery but it closes early. Just something to keep in mind!

Good value, clean and comfortable facilities. My kids really enjoyed the arcade.
There was a breakfast bar but no hot / protein options.
Huge pool but it was a little cold ( some kind of hose in the corner pumping in ice cold water) and the spa was out of service.

Big rooms, has a pool, peaceful area
Showers in rooms don’t get very hot, There are no trays in breakfast area and do not want you take food to room. would have enjoyed having private breakfast at the table in room. Nothing major.
5.0
location and staff
no microwave in the rooms and coffee stand was only set up and drinks available in the morning

It was in a quiet area outside of the main town. The exterior of the building was attractive and looked well maintained.
The interior of the building is a little dated in style with older carpeting colors. Furniture in the room is older color and style, but the room was comfortable and clean. The sink faucet leaked around the valve when the sink was turned on. The mattress was older style coil spring with less padding than desired.

The nearby town and surrounding are beautiful in the fall with the colors of the foliage.
The room had evidence of historical water leaks in the ceiling and wall of the bathroom. The bed was as hard as a rock, a very cheap mattress. The towels were typical to a 6 Motel, not a motel that charged over 400.00 for one night stay! The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and rather unremarkable. I appreciated the honesty of the front desk staff that apologized for the excessive pricing and that they shared that the prices were so jacked up because the owner makes most of his money during the 4 or 5 weeks of the fall foilage when visitors abound looking at the beautiful surroundings. So a room that is normally charged around 75.00 / night was now over 400.00- I should have saved my money and slept in my car!

The arcade and pool for the kids.
The pool smelled terrible, the floors in the pool bathrooms were slippery and my son was injured, the tub in the room had no slip resistant mat so my daughter fell while taking a shower. The beds were rock hard and made noise every time you moved.

This was our second time staying. We traveled with our daughter and granddaughters. We all totally enjoyed the pool.
The arcade was way to small, should have a little more choices for breakfast.

The purpose of staying here was bringing my son to santas village, it was a good location, right up the street. Breakfast was good too
The room wasn't very clean and had a funky smell and the pool wasn't the cleanest
5.0
Location and overall decent space for our stay.
Indoor pool was great for the kids and the morning breakfast was excellent for the value.
Due to staffing issues I expect, the room had a child’s pacifier that could have been found during a proper room inspection.
