I was glad that I only booked 1 night.

The tub was dirty.The towels were dirty. The toilet was clogged on first flush.

I wish that if I'm paying for a PEACEFUL good time, it shouldn't feel like I'm living in a shelter.

The room was clean.

First when displaying that you serve a Continental breakfast, you should explain what you really giving. FROZEN WAFFLES/PANCAKES, BREAD TO TOAST, CEREAL (CORN FLAKES AND TRIX), MILK AND APPLE JUICE. There were children running in the rooms til the wee hours of the night. I had to literally hit the ceiling to get them to stop. (Twice). Rep gave incorrect information for pool it closed hrs earlier than we were told. The pool water was dirty. This was definitely my FIRST and LAST time here.

Staff is a 10 facility is a 5.

Staff was amazing and kind and great to chat with and super helpful!

BUT there is NO breakfast and NO pool and the sign out front doesn’t light up so it’s hard to find in the dark. I’m aware Covid shut down some things but staff said breakfast hasn’t come back there like it has at other hotels and the pool was closed before Covid but it’s advertised as having a pool. My little girl was CRUSHED!

Absolutely terrible. Would never stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel was beyond disgusting.

Everything. There were red stains on the ceiling. One of the beds in the room had blue and black stains on the bed sheets. The floor was covered in stains and. I didn't take my shoes off the entire time. The smell of the room when I walked in was awful and smelled like stale cigarettes. I didn't even stay the 2nd night. I paid out of pocket for a different hotel just so I didn't have to go back. I didn't feel safe at all, the door barely shut and I could see directly into the hallway from the gap between the door and the wall. Any review of this hotel that shares anything positive, is false and fake beyond belief.
