Il prezzo è uno dei migliori che ho trovato nei dintorni di Mystic.
Posizione piuttosto defilata.

The cost
Upon checking in the staff member took a copy of my license. When I asked why he took a copy he told me in case he was questioned by the police. I have never had that experience when checking into a hotel. After a back and forth conversation he gave me the copy back. The website stated breakfast. There was no breakfast not even coffee. Lastly, there was no manager on site to contact when the people above our room were screaming at 3:30 a.m.

There was no breakfast available. The building is undergoing a change in management(ownership), the new owners are trying to improve the inn. Our first night we had no tv, and the man working was very rude.
There was no housekeeping, but the 3 person staff was working on improvements.
We were disappointed with our initial impression.

Nothing
Very messy rooms were not clean and it was falling apart
3.3
Bathtub wasn't clean.
3.3
No frills but affordable, clean and comfortable. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
3.3
inexpensive, convenient, safe and relatively clean. bed was very comfortable.
very dated, fixtures and furniture. Hair dryer was missing. In-room coffee was horrible.
3.3
Most plugs did not work, had difficulty getting tv to work and when trying to call to get get help with it no one really was able to help. Toilet bowl felt like it was going to come off the floor when used.
3.3
Someone elses clothing in dresser. Filthy mold on shower curtain. Hotel light on sign completely out making it very difficult to find after dark.
3.3
Room was big and spacious.
TV did not work, and mattress was not that comfortable.
3.3
there was no staff to give us a key. The property looked rundown. Another guest informed us of mold in their room. After waiting, then pressing their buzzer and calling the number as noted in the desk it went to voicemail. After talking to a new guest who came in to talk about their room condition we left. This property needs to be vetted before Booking. com allows customers to visit.
see above. It is very run down. your ratings are wrong.

The only nice thing was that the hotel is 10-12min away from Mystic downtown
The carpet was disgusting and dirty, room smelled like mold. The bathroom desperately needs an update. The hotel looks abandoned, the outside signed is nonexistent. The reception was always empty and I had to called to get someone.
3.3
Easy to get to, polite staff, very clean, comfortable. A/Cs replaced recently, work well.

The Employee was friendly and helpful. Observed him deal with difficult customers well.
Shower curtain has mold on it, drain filled with different color hair, door was hard to open due to loose door hardware. Particularly a screw caused door to get caught and not open unless using great force. Multiple lights not working. Amenities included on list not included.

Very affordable
Sign needs to be fixed

Staff was friendly and courteous.
Bed linens smelled like smoke and we were in a non-smoking room. Front door latch plate was loose and door had to be slammed to shut and lock properly. They didn’t provide clean towels or remake bed during our stay. It wasn’t terrible but not worth the $120/night we paid.

The owner/manager is very nice
Her boys shoveled my car out during the blizzard in January.
The owner was able to accommodate me another night on a very busy memorial day weekend.

I was a bit unsure of this hotel as reviews from 2019 and earlier were not good at all. So, I called and spoke to the manager, who was so lovely to talk to on the phone. She informed me that she had taken over about a year and a half ago and that things were not the same. They refinished most of the rooms inside of the hotel and there were all new linens. Honestly, looking at this hotel from the front made me think it was just an oversized house because it doesn't look like your typical hotel. The street is quiet and you're only about 3/4 of a mile from the main road and all the restaurants. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. The size of the room I was in was really nice. I didn't travel for work but I still needed to get some work done Friday night unfortunately because there wasn't an outlet close to the desk I couldn't plug in my laptop and was not able to get as much work done. I would suggest maybe an extension cord or a surge protector with a longer cord for visitors who need to work at a desk (I personally can't work with my laptop on my lap). There are outlets in the room for the TV, cable box, fridge, microwave and by the beds, just not one close enough for the desk. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
I don't have anything that I didn't really like. I would say that in the bathroom the light cover hadn't been replaced yet, but I understand because the rooms were being finished and that is a small detail in comparison to a clean room and linens. I would suggest encouraging the owner to update the sign outside as it is very old-looking and outdated.

There was no breakfast
They need to clean better. There were cob webs ib the corners. And they need to update. Very old
3.3
Didn't have one
Dirty looking carpets, mold in freezer drip pan, dresser side coming apart, light shades old and broken, pillows not comfortable, rust stain on bed box spring, dirty microwave, toilet rings and old stained tub. Definitely needs remodel. Stairway rugs dirty. Confirned and paid for 2 queen beds , said not available, had to take room with 2 double beds. Coming back in dark, hotel sign not lit up, poor lighting in front of hotel. No one at front desk when going in. Definitely not a place to stay again
