Comfortable and relaxing, except for all the pets.

We loved the breakfast. Only issue was the layout of the breakfast area. With a lot of people it gets crowded and a little chaotic. Rooms were clean, we didn't realize the stove didn't have an oven, but we dealt with it. It was nice that it was like an apartment, and we were comfortable. We appreciate the staff, because they were dealing with people from the hurricane and their normal holiday traffic. Wonderful job!

There was a shortage of towels and with the family of our size, we were having to hang towels up to dry to reuse. All the animals...oh my goodness. We understand that a lot of people were there because of the hurricane, but it was insane. We had a lady with a large dog at the pool, and it barked at us the whole time. Very rude. Dog poop was an issue, and honestly with my allergies, if I had known that there were this many animals allowed I wouldn't' have booked this location.

Disappointing. Should have stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Daphne, like we have in the past!

Bathroom sink stopper was jammed closed. I found a way to remove it. Was given to front desk. It was never repaired. Used pull-out bed , and found it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in awhile.

It’s always great but maybe some housekeeping for the rooms needs to be reviewed.

The hotel lobby is always clean and the staff is amazing!

We stayed last month and we happened to get the same room again yesterday and unfortunately, the mold in the bathroom behind the door was still there.

Breakfast was very good. Misty who was the breakfast hostess, was wonderful. As was all the staff . Everyone was extremely friendly, willing to help, We felt more like we were family rather than a customer.

Good location next to plenty of shopping and convenient to interstate.

The breakfast was adequate but very minimal. A waffle station and cereal with fruit and bagels as well as sausage and omelets were provided They only clean the rooms and replenish towels once every 4 days

the worest stay we have ever been

I already complained to the manager in charge at the hotel because we spent the most worst night at this hotel After traveling for 14 which is queen suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa as we are a family of 5 people. What a big surprise for us at check in that the only available room is a room with 1 king bed and a sofa. And I have to accept or other option to cancel the reservation and I need to search in the hotels around for a room for a family of 2 adults and 3 children after driving for 14 hours and it was already 9:30 PM!!! The receptionist didn’t even offer 2 rooms and when I asked him he refused, which makes some of us slept on the floor. Please I need a compensation for this unacceptable mistake!!!

Good cost benefit.

Hotel was as expected. Good size bedrooms for family with kids, good location, good cleaning, good price for what it serves specially if you compare with the other options around the area.

There was no more "happy hour" everyday as used to have before Covid started. Now, they only serve some snacks on Wednesdays or Thursday if I am not mistaken.

I, originally, booked 2 rooms. I was contacted by the property and told they had been overbooked and they only had one room available for my party of 4. This was already the second hotel that had cancelled so I just opted for the one room.. Got to the property and we were told that they had upgraded our room to the 2 bedroom suite. So we ended getting what I originally reserved, which was a king room and a 2 queen room suite but for half the money. I am truly thankful to the property for looking out for us. This will definitely be my go to place from now on when we are.in town. The suite was nice and clean and it smelled amazingly good. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and room for everyone..Thank you all again for a truly amazing stay. Btw, the breakfast was delicious, as well.
