Property could use some maintenance.

I liked that it was somewhat close to town. There’s AC and good TV channels.

The mattress was stained. The inside door frame was broken. There’s a service fee for booking online apparently, I didn’t see that in the fine print.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The location was also convenient. There was sufficient parking in the lot. The temperatute in the room was adjustable. The room service was flexible.

The room was smaller than indicated in the reservation ad. There were a few very large trucks in the lot which made it challenging to move about the parking lot. The option to check-in earlier was not provided.

Beware! Unfomfortable not kid friendly and old

There was plenty of parking

The pool was empty upon our arrival and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. We had no advance notice and it was 90 degrees all weekend. We brought the kids to this hotel for the pool. The room was poor quality, the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The AC was very loud like a motor. The lobby stunk so bad of a cologne smell that was seemingly intentionally sprayed hourly. The kids went down for breakfast on Monday at 9:25am and they were told they couldn’t have any and it closes at 9:30 apparently on weekdays. Just awful. Never going here again.

The windows on the first floor didn't lock and the sheets weren't clean. Would not recommend.

Comfy rooms

The stuff is helpful and kind, their rooms are big and clean. They offer smoking rooms options and good prices. Homeless people hang out at the other side of the road but never bother or have any problem. Every time we have to do a night in Ukiah we always choose Quality Inn. Best hotel in town Quality/prize.

Great stay

The room was clean and good smelling (especially compared to the place where we stayed 1 night before). Had bathtub. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. It was pretty good, there were cereals, yogurts, oatmeal, toasts, danishes, fruits, waffles, eggs, sausages, hot drinks and juices. They ran out of coffee close to the end of breakfast, but it was fine since we got 1st cup of coffee earlier and came for the 2nd cup that moment. Nice receptionist.

They added $2.50 property surcharge which wasn't mentioned anywhere. It's not a big money, but still unpleasant since they didn't let me know about it. Bathroom door was getting stuck on the floor.

Very comfortable enjoyable stay.

The property looked fresh and well cared for, and everything worked. we especially appreciated the sheer curtains as well as the very good blackout curtains

A small table by the window with a couple of chairs would have Mede the room prefect, for us. we like to sit with our coffee and enjoy ourselves.

I won't stay again due to communication.

Housekeeping was fantastic! Lots of hot water. Beds were comfy and pillows were fantastic. Lots of channels on TV. Lamps have USB ports and plug-ins.

Poor communication with management when trying to cancel or change my reservation. There's a lot of sketchy people in the vacinity including a lot of homeless people sleeping on the street near by. The pool was out of use. Air conditioning kept failing. It would get too hot and then too cold. It was also very loud and made clicking sounds. No bathroom vent, except a window but it was cold outside. I'm disappointed there isn't a mirror over the desk, or at least a light over the closet space. Parking lot was always full.

Basic, comfortable and clean.

Basic but comfortable and clean! Breakfast was limited but a good enough selection of cereals, yoghurts and some hot food. Check in and parking easy and convenient.

Hotel great but the surrounding area a little rundown. Only concern we had was with leaving the car but there were no issues thankfully.
